Story
Name: Bruno Age: 1 year  Gender: male Breed: Red Coonhound  Weight:40 lb Dog friendly: yes Cat friendly: Yes Child friendly: yes House trained: Yes Crate trained: yes Energy level: Puppy Temperament: passive/energetic  Adoption Fee: $350+tax Requirement: Not apartment appropriate To adopt, go to: www.mendingspirits.org/apply-to-adopt.html FROM THE FOSTER FAMILY: Bruno is a very active dog who plays like a puppy! He does know basic commands and hand signals. We are still working on some house manners but he is learning fast. Bruno is really good with other dogs and loves having someone to play with. We have been going on long walks almost every day. At first, he didn’t understand walking on a leash but soon realize he loved it so much all we have to do is get out the leash and he starts prancing around! One great thing about him also is he is not much of a shedder. He has very little fur that comes off of him even when brushed. If your looking for a high energy dog to play all the fun doggy games with and go for long walks he is your man!  ABOUT ME: Hi my name is Bruno I love to play with all my doggy toys! I will chase a ball and really like tug-a-war with my doggy rope whether it is with a human or other doggy friends. I also enjoy a good long walk and chewing on my dog bones. I looking for a forever home that will play with me then at the end of the day have a good snuggle.

Dogs are at events based on the availability of their foster family. Visit this organization's web site to see any additional information available about this pet.The breeds of our dogs and cats are a 'best guess.' We often do not know what mix they are and have to base it on what we think they look like, and base it on breeds often found in the area they came from. Most of our dogs who have gotten DNA tests done are 4-10 breeds mixed together. Because their breed mix is a guess we cannot guarantee a 'full grown size' of many of our younger animals.Interested in adopting me?
