My stunning amber eyes match my coat; I’ve been told that I look like I had a makeover by world-renowned makeup artist. I am an easy-going, sweet girl that loves to chill out and relax just as much as I love playing with other DOGS and CATS . You’ll get a kick out of watching me play in the water; I think it’s so much fun! I’m also a smart girl who knows the 'sit' command and I gently take my reward treats! A perfect day for me would include: a couple of nice easy walks, some playtime, lots of cuddle time with my human, and some easy conversation in which I will listen to your secrets with kindness and understanding and of course will agree with all your points of view!! I can get possessive with objects so must know how to firmly tell me, no and give good structure and let me know who my owner and I will listen I am CRATE TRAINED, HOUSETRAINED, and an overall perfect companion. Frazier is a very good dog, in fact, he is my ESA. However, I’ve moved to New York from Florida with my mom. Unfortunately, he needs a lot of attention, which he doesn’t get, while I’m at work and school. He is trained, listens to commands, and is also leashed/house trained.

Gorgeous Brigid can't wait to meet you! Brigid is 1 year old Rhodesian Ridgeback (yup she's got that stripe down her back!)/Shepherd mix. She was found as a stray emaciated and very sick. Thus she was named Brigid after Irish Goddess of healing. After tests it was determined that Brigid needs a special pancreatic enzyme to help her digest food. Once on this enzyme Brigid quickly gained about 20 lbs! She still has more weight to gain but she is doing great with her medication, which is something she'd need to be on for life. A super sweet pooch she loves to meet new friends...both human and canine! She seems to know she has a second chance at life and is loving every moment of it! She will definitely keep you smiling! Brigid is medium level energy...she can go for a hike with you if you want or also just hang out and snuggle on the couch! For an application on this special girl please email info@joyrides.org.

Our boy Solomon is looking for his most perfect forever home. He doesn't come without flaw, but he does come with a loyalty to his humans that doesn't waver. He is about 5 years old and probably 70 pounds. He is a Heinz 57 mix breed, the listed breeds are our best guess. He is Long, TALL, and lanky. Solomon LOVES to play fetch and brings the ball back every time for you to toss it again. He has plenty of energy to keep up with someone who likes to run and hike, but will also settle right down. His new home will need to have a fenced in yard for him to frolic and play in. Solomon is house and crate trained. He will need to be in an only dog adult home. Solomon listens well, but will need a stern handler not afraid to make him listen. He knows basic commands. And is very eager to please his humans. He is super smart and would excel with advanced training. He is currently being fostered in East Tennessee, but is available to be transported to the Northeast. Mia was my Aunts companion for her whole life (8years). My aunt just died and there is no one to take care of the dog. I live in Virginia and my wife has asthma. Mia has been with many walkers and has been known to pull. When I had her lease she was well behaved (maybe she hears a male voice better?) On rare occasion she appears to be aggressive towards some dogs. Mia comes fully equipped with a new bed, winter sweater, lease, 2 full bags of her favorite dog food + probiotics. Mia will be stubborn sometimes- she does not like to go out in the rain. New owner needs to be strong enough to handle a 96# dog. Mia is completely up to date on all shots & NYC Licence.
