Waylon is a rescue from our local shelter. He was a puppy and found in a bush. He is a loving and goofy sweetheart. Has a lot of energy. He loves attention and treats. He also likes to talk. He has quite the personality.

Story
We are rehoming our 15 year old sweet female dog, Kaida. We adopted her from a shelter. She's a pitbull/rhodesian ridgeback mutt with a beautiful brindle coat, very active, and loves getting loved on. She's great with cats, little ones, and other dogs. She needs someone who can give her plenty of exercise (she loves running or fast walking) and lives in a place with a large backyard. She doesn't do well in regular crates or closed rooms when left alone although with regular exercise she could probably stay in a room. Per her Ridgeback genetics, she can jump high so a tall fence would be best. She's been chipped and spayed. She knows how to sit, lie down, and paw. She also knows how to come and stay but not very well or consistently. Unfortunately, we have been working too much and are unable to care for her properly.

Beau's DOB is 7/13/2011.  He came into rescue with an injury that caused paralysis. He is a determined fellow and has worked hard to rehabilitate.  He is now walking!  Beau is easygoing and would love a home to call his own.  Due to his condition, he needs a home with no young children and needs a gentle lifestyle. He likes other dogs but would need a dog that is laid back with no rough play. He will need to stay at a healthy weight. Beau is current on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. Our boy Solomon is looking for his most perfect forever home. He doesn't come without flaw, but he does come with a loyalty to his humans that doesn't waver. He is about 5 years old and probably 70 pounds. He is a Heinz 57 mix breed, the listed breeds are our best guess. He is Long, TALL, and lanky. Solomon LOVES to play fetch and brings the ball back every time for you to toss it again. He has plenty of energy to keep up with someone who likes to run and hike, but will also settle right down. His new home will need to have a fenced in yard for him to frolic and play in. Solomon is house and crate trained. He will need to be in an only dog adult home. Solomon listens well, but will need a stern handler not afraid to make him listen. He knows basic commands. And is very eager to please his humans. He is super smart and would excel with advanced training. He is currently being fostered in East Tennessee, but is available to be transported to the Northeast or North Carolina. PJ has one of the nicest temperaments we've seen in a dog. He is a handsome 3 year old Rhody/lab mix who is a calm, easy going love bug who just wants to be near his people. He is great with kids and dogs. He knows basic commands like sit, lay and shake. At around 70 lbs, he just wants to lay his head in your lap, just a big ol' baby. When he sits beside you, he has the sweetest lean just so he can touch you! He can be super playful and needs space to run but is just as happy laying around. Great family dog!
