Bear is about 1 year old 55 pound rottie mix that comes to us from a shelter we work with in SC. He is now in foster in Hudson NY . He can be found enjoying his new fluffy bed, curled up napping next to our base boards (where it is is nice and toasty) or both of the above. His fur is puppy soft again and he is lapping up all of the belly rubs and attention he's been getting. He's very treat motivated so training him should be a breeze! Meet Sassy new to Mountain Rottie Rescue! She came into rescue when her former owner/breeder lost their home and left Sassy and 3 other rotties on the property. She is 79lbs of love, 3 yrs old and a doll! A very sweet girl!. Still testing with other dogs. She is curious about the cat she lives with but hasn't done anything. Loves playing with toys. Finn is four years old and has recently been diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBD). Due to his IBD, he will require special prescription food and medication for life. Finn loves his toys and does not like to share with other dogs. Due to this, we feel it's best that he find a home as the only dog, or with a very laid back older dog that doesn't like toys or playing. Children over 12 only. Kena is a beautiful 7 year old female rottie that came to us from a breeder. The breeder left kena and 3 other rotties with no where to go. She loves people loves to be pet and lived with kids 12 and up. She is about 90 pounds. She loves all the attention so at this time, I think she would be best placed as the only dog. She is fine walking side by side, passing dogs but loves all of her human mom or dads attention in the house.
