Story
Him and his sister (Honey) were given to me from a gentleman that had a litter of puppies and no place to house them. I never met her mother or father. I was hoping to handle them but my life situation has changed and I can no longer afford them or house them. He is a gentle boy who loves attention. He’s generally passive and will lay on his back if challenged. But he is also a very good guard who stand ready anytime someone strange approaches his family and will get aggressive if other dogs get too aggressive toward his family. He loves to be pet and lay next to people. He’s good with kids. he is also very smart and very responsive to training and learning new tricks. Great dog.

Story
She and her brother (Wolf) were given to me from a gentleman that had a litter of puppies and no place to house them. I never met her mother or father. I was hoping to handle them but my life situation has changed and I can no longer afford them or house them. She loves to play catch and is pretty good with a frisbee or running in an open field. She can be pretty protective and should be handled with care around people she doesn’t know. She is very tender at heart and timid , but loves to give kisses and cuddle once she knows you. She was hit by a car very young. No damage but it scared her very much and she never saw the car. I think she might have thought her handler hit her. so she can be a little cautious and nervous around people.

Story
Aldo is a good boy. I bought him from a breeder back in 2012. He's 7 but he has some health issues. He has an auto-immune disease and he needs to constantly be on steroids otherwise he has major skin problems. The steroids have taken most of his vision, his hips aren't in the best shape due to the steroids and the vet says he'll only be around as long as his kidneys hold up. Good news is he just went into the vet and they said he's doing very well and has a few more years yet. He can see close up, sort of but can't see very far. His pills aren't horribly expensive but that and the fact that my housing/marital situation has changed and my job doesn't lend to me being home a lot has put me in a really tough spot. When I was living with my ex, she had another dog that they got from the pound and they fought. It seemed like the problem was the other dog and not Aldo but I'm not 100% sure. He is fine around other dogs. I really just need someone who can take care of him where I can't.

Story
Sergeant is a very well trained and well behaved Rottweiler. He gets a little mouthy sometimes, and has a big personality. He has never bitten anyone or injured anyone at all. He does growl and bark when he has something he should not, and can get quite intimidating, but will not bite. More or less it’s just his way of throughout a fit. Unfortunately we cannot keep him die to living situations.

Story
Rocket has been with us for all his life. His owners are a busy single mom and two 9 year old kids, who simply don’t have the time to exercise and train him on a regular basis. He spends 90% it his time in a backyard where he is happy but also bored. Breed typical he needs to run or walk at least 4-6 miles a day as well as metal stimulation. He has some breed typical behavioral issues and he needs a strong leader with a lot of experience. He went into a boot camp with a professional trainer for two weeks, which helped him immensely- however, we will require to continue working with a dog trainer. He’s a very sweet dog and he loves his family and the people around him, however he can be protective. He’s good while walking and with other dogs but sometimes can be a little rough at play. Ideally his new owner does not have any other dogs. We are looking for the best possible home for him, as we just can’t provide it at this point in our lives.
