This little sweetie didn't have a very good start. We rescued her in her 11th hour as the shelter didn't have funds to treat her and she was full of skin infection. She has wounds from an embedded collar as well as multiple bite wounds that were severely infected, some which needed stitches. She hasn't held onto her past and either are we! She's a happy go lucky girl estimated to be born in late June 2019. She is fostered with an older female dog that she LOVES playing with. She's curious about her kitty sibling but leaves him alone for the most part. She loves couch time and snuggling, is potty trained and is working on liking a crate. Ruckus is a sweet boy but he needs a special adopter. Someone willing to be with him the majority of the time. He will need training and he is on meds for his Anxiety here at the shelter. He is the definition of a true rescue dog. He is on an Enzyme med that he has to be on probably for the rest of his life, It is a reasonable price. He is good with other dogs and cats and would probably do great in a home with a brother or sister. He is the sweetest boy but super stressed here in the shelter and needs a home . He was a death row pull from our local Animal Control here in Winchester Tennessee. We want to see him have a great family but no children under 16, please. Hey everyone! My name is Bisque (like the color, look it up). I’m an 8-month-old large breed mix (Black Mouth Cur/Shar Pei) already weighing 46 lbs. I have the softest coat and the squishiest face. I love to wrestle and cuddle with my foster fur brother and still trying to get the house cat to come and play with me. Who loves to play? Got them kiddos? I wanna play! Got another pup? I wanna play! Just you? Let’s play! I’m a cuddle machine too! I’ve already learned so many things about being part of a family but I’ll be going to training on March 27th to learn to follow through with what’s asked of me. Valor just turned 2 years old in December. We adopted him from a rescue when he was about 9 weeks old. Valor is a big goof ball, he loves to play tug, go on walks, he loves all his toys, he loves to cuddle on the couch with blankets or in his bed, he will lay on your lap because he is a 73lb lap dog (lol) he doesnt bark much but he will let you know when someone is at the door. He knows sit, down, stay, leave it, shake, and high five. And he LOVES his treats he will even take it out of your mouth. Doesnt really care for peanut butter. He is housebroken and will let you know he has to go potty by hitting you. He is also create trained. We are looking for a home for Valor that will love him and spoil and love him as much as we do. And treat him as a part of the family.

We adopted Miss Nala from the shelter about 6-8 months prior to this post. She is about 6 years old and is a very sweet, loving dog! She definitely loves to be the center of attention and will bark at you until you throw the ball!! She loves balls and chewy toys, though she will ruin them within seconds of getting it! She does have a slight skin allergy that has been treated with oatmeal baths, it’s worsened in the winter however. She is quite territorial, which can be slightly intimidating, but nothing to be too concerned with, as far as aggression. She has shown no signs of aggression towards children, cats or dogs. She would do best in a fenced yard, she is a runner (unfortunately) and she does NOT like to be chained up, or locked up for that matter (in a cage/other room) She really deserves a home where she can somewhat be the center of attention and be loved on constantly because she truly is a lovey dovey kinda girl!!
