45lbs high energy, puppy like playfulness, crate & leash trained. Knows here, heal, sit, stay, shake, lay down. House broken. Never had any health problems. Never been around kids younger than 7, never been around cats. Dog friendly on a case by case basis, but would do better as the only dog. Having to rehome due to not getting along with my other dog. We've hired trainer after trainer trying to help us, all have said the same thing after working with her- that she needs to be the only dog. She's a silly girl that loves to play, grabs her leash when she wants to go outside, loves to play with toys and tennis balls! Loves to wrestle and play rough but also loves to cuddle. She's a really good, protective little girl that deserves a better quality of life than what I can give her. Please feel free to ask my any questions!

we had adopted dexter when he was 6 weeks old in tyler texas. he has had stitches on his left eye and we believe his small scratch in his cornea never went away. before we adopted him, we believe has was abused by his owners or even his own mother. he is now 2 years of age and doesn’t really let people touch him. because of what we think was abuse happened he’s very scared of everyone. once he’s on the couch or sitting down he is very calm and will let you pet him. he is a sweet dog and gets along well with others.

We adopted our Shepherd/Boxer mix, Beau, from the Apollo Rescue during an event at Petco when he was a puppy. Beau is about 5-6 years old now and still full of love and energy. He’s a very, very smart boy who learns new things quickly, absolutely loves being around people and loves to play with other dogs. The best home for him would be somewhere he could get a lot of exercise/playtime and also be around people or other animals a lot, especially somewhere like a farm. He loves kids, but sometimes gets too excited and accidentally bumps them over because he just wants to play. He’s not the biggest fan of water (never been in a pool, but also never had the opportunity to try), but loves to drink from the hose when you’re watering a garden. He’s never attacked anyone or another dog, but will defend himself if attacked.
