She's a good car rider, has been through basic obedience training, is crate trained and is waiting so patiently for a home so that she doesn't have to live at a boarding kennel. Houston, TX area: “Abigail” is an incredibly sweet girl that was rescued running through traffic near Hermann Park. A Good Samaritan picked her up, but had nowhere for her to go, she didn’t want to turn her into Animal Control, knowing what the outcome could be. Abigail is currently in board and stay training with The Texas Dogfather. This is a valuable tool for her and her foster / adopter. The trainer will help her transition into her new environment. She graduates soon and we need a place for this sweetie to go. Her foster / adopter will work with The Texas Dogfather and Abigail one on one. She loves playing with a ball when she is not cuddling. She is mellow and is happiest being around people. She would do best in a household with no other dogs or with a strong human pack leader, she would do fine with others dogs, in a very structured environment. Abigail has been spayed and micro-chipped, and she has had all her vaccines. The vet believes she was born around 7-2017. She is a petite girl at only 47 pounds. In addition to having a great personality, Abigail is also crate-trained, house-trained, and great on leash. She is a beautiful color and has adorable wrinkles. Abigail is a will make someone a awesome companion. FPA has had this boy fully vetted and he has made a full recovery. He was born around 9-2013 and is extremely loving. He enjoys going for walks. Karma is a really sweet dog who is amazing with kids. Really, amazing with children. I got her when she was a puppy from BARC and she has grown to be a truly great dog. She is 5.5 years old now, her birthday is sometime in May. She loves to go swimming and will float on floaties in the pool. She loves to play fetch, even in the water! I've taught her all kinds of tricks; she's very smart. She knows how to fetch, laydown, play dead, shake, high five, and stay and release. I could go on and on about her amazing qualities. She really needs to have a home with a yard so she can run and relax. She loves to be outside as long as it's not super hot! I am moving and trying to find her a family who will love her like I have.
