He has been neutered and update with all his shots. However, he is very timid around males. If at all possible, I would like to have him fostered by a female.

Houston, TX area: “Abigail” is an incredibly sweet girl that was rescued running through traffic near Hermann Park. A Good Samaritan picked her up, but had nowhere for her to go, she didn’t want to turn her into Animal Control, knowing what the outcome could be. Abigail is currently in board and stay training with The Texas Dogfather. This is a valuable tool for her and her foster / adopter. The trainer will help her transition into her new environment. She graduates soon and we need a place for this sweetie to go. Her foster / adopter will work with The Texas Dogfather and Abigail one on one. She loves playing with a ball when she is not cuddling. She is mellow and is happiest being around people. She would do best in a household with no other dogs or with a strong human pack leader, she would do fine with others dogs, in a very structured environment. Abigail has been spayed and micro-chipped, and she has had all her vaccines. The vet believes she was born around 7-2017. She is a petite girl at only 47 pounds. In addition to having a great personality, Abigail is also crate-trained, house-trained, and great on leash. She is a beautiful color and has adorable wrinkles. Abigail is a will make someone a awesome companion. We adopted Paisley from Pasadena Animal Shelter in March of 2019. She was found as a stray by the organization in February of 2019. We have worked with her for 5 months, but this precious friend of ours and our dominant female rat terrier can still not get along consistently. Paisley should go to a home without small dogs or cats, especially those with a dominant nature. Paisley is potty trained with or without a doggy door. She has been left in a crate at times, but only for short periods of times due to anxiety. She loves taking walks and listens and takes direction well. She also just loves to relax and hang around the house, cuddling and snuggling with her owners, adults and kids. Paisley is protective of her home, but once she sniffs visitors and knows they're welcome, she is soon seeking attention and petting from them as well. Paisley needs a home where she lives inside most of the time and receives lots of affection when her owner is home. She makes a superb pet!
