Story
Pierce is a good looking boy straight from the streets of Houston. He is a wonderful, funny boy when he trusts you but trust is not something that comes easy for him. He has obviously been let down by humans his entire life. He is currently living with our trainer, who is helping him understand that humans can be good and trusted. Pierce is just about 2 years old, 60 pounds and maybe a schnauzer/husky mix. He needs an experienced handler who can continue to help him build h is confidence and trust in humans. Pierce is up to date on vaccines, neutered and microchipped. Pierce is currently heartworm positive but we will continue to cover treating him through the slow kill method. If you are interested in fostering or adopting this handsome guy, just fill out the appropriate application found at scoutshonor.org.

Story
Est DOB 3/01/19 Current weight 11 lbs Little Bardin was VERY shy when he first came to us. But he has been slowly coming out of his shell and is doing VERY WELL interacting with his current foster. He is a male/neutered Schnauzer/Yorkie mix, born on 03/01/19 and weighing approximately 11 lbs. He is a very active guy, which was why it was hard to capture pictures of him that aren’t blurry, lol. He would do well in a home without young children (at least until he gains some additional confidence), and with a solid routine. He is VERY SWEET and is hoping to find his FUREVER HOME! Story
6/1/16 est dob  Alfalfa is a 4 year old male/neutered Schnauzer mix with a black and white coat. He would be best suited for a home with older or no children, as he can sometimes be a little aggressive with toys and his treats. (I can't blame him though- I'm the same way with my morning coffee!)  Also, he doesn't always know his own strength when it comes to his play biting because he is small but mighty. While he is not the most cuddly dog, he will pout when you leave, and  when you come home! He is also a considerate gent that will scratch at the door when he needs to go out, or needs his water refilled.  He loves to play 'tug-of-war', is GOOD ON A LEASH and GOOD AROUND SMALL DOGS, but appears aggressive towards bigger dogs. He will do well is a home that is consistent and that has a confident alpha figure to help guide him and he is cute as a button! If interested in adopting Alfalfa, please fill out an application. Thank you!!  $150 adoption fee includes spay/neuter surgery, rabies and other vaccinations, deworming, and heartworm and flea preventatives while the dog is in our care.Like us on Facebook - search Mutts & Meows - and help even more pets find loving homes.

Story
Yogi was purchased by me at three months old, and is now a nine year old Adult. He loves his naps during the day, walks well on a leash, loves to chase squirrels, toads, or lizards, and has a very loving and gentle personality. He is fully vetted, microchipped, has no health issues, and is full of energy and life! He tends to want to be the boss and gets along much better with dogs who are easy going. I will say if there is one vice, Yogi is a toy hoarder! He is kept inside as part of the family with his humans and fur family, and loves to snuggle, give kisses, talk and greet you with a serenade after being away at work all day. I am looking to rehome him only because I'm moving across the US several states away and have his best interest at heart. If you don't mind spoiling him and are a top-notch owner, contact me. I will check references. Thank you for your interest!
