Hi! Thanks for noticing me! I am currently at the Norfolk Animal Care & Adoption Center on stray hold while I wait for my owner(s) to come find me. During my stray hold we are taking adoption applications. If not reclaimed by my owner(s), then I will be available for adoption on 11/12.   Emmaline is a gorgeous pure bred Tree Walking Coonhound that is looking for a wonderful home and family who love the Hound characteristics and gentle ways. This girl is about 2 years old and weighs 50 pounds. She was found at a construction site yard with her 6 puppies that were about 6 weeks old and lucky to be alive.This girl is housetrained and loves to sit and cuddle with you on the sofa. She is fabulous with other dogs and cats as well.   Nothing wrong with this girl except that She doesn’t have a home and family yet.  She is in foster care but the foster mom has to give her up very soon and we are in search of a new foster or a forever home ASAP.   The current foster mom says Emmaline  makes her laugh every day with her delightful personality and her loving ways.   If you are looking for a wonderful medium sized dog to love then Emmaline is the one for you.  She will need a fenced yard because a Hound needs some room to stretch their legs and get that exercise worked off.     PLEASE NOTE:  Our dogs are transported from Tennessee to meeting places in the states where we have posted.  Further information about us is given on our Adopt-A-Pet site.  The adoption fees vary and will be provided as well as noted on the application you receive.  Contact us at 615-661-5333 or ccrnewengland@gmail.com
