I AM IN FOSTER CARE! PLEASE FILL OUT OUR ADOPTION APPLICATION, ONCE PRE-APPROVED, GIVE US A CALL AND WE CAN SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR YOU TO MEET ME! I am 24 lbs., 14 years young, & I am looking for my forever home! I was found by animal control as a stray and they transferred me to the shelter to be adopted. A few words from his former foster: "I really enjoyed our walks each day.  He was easy to handle and I believe his leash manners will improve with time and the proper training.  He went on 2 visits to friend's homes where he did very well (they have no other pets).  He needs exercise every day as he is high energy, not in a bad way, just that he really enjoys being outside and investigating his surroundings.  He starts to tire about 40 minutes into a walk and is ready to go home. We really enjoyed having this guy as part of our family." Adoption Donation: $250 All dogs are microchipped, neutered/spayed, current on all vaccines, heartworm tested and started on Tri Heart Plus & Vectra 3D. All family members and any dogs from the household need to be present at the time of the adoption. Our website (www.animalhouseshelter.com) is kept 100% up-to-date with who is currently available. New animals (40/week) are added to the site 2 weeks before their availability date to give you time to fill out your adoption application and get the family ready to come out to the shelter that day. So keep any eye on the site for any animals being added as available for adoption as new animals are added everyday! She only weighs 27 lbs. She was rescued in a rural town in Tennessee, with her four pups. She is doing great in her foster home, but now her pups are weaned and she is looking for her forever home. She does well with other dogs and is in a home where kids visit. Will you be her forever home? Right now, she is being fostered in Tennessee. The rescue lists in areas where transport is available. They use safe USDA licensed dog transports that will bring her to their new family, once they are adopted! Once you send an application, the rescue will contact you for an interview and be able to send more photos and even videos She is spayed and UTD on all required vaccinations.
