My name is Bones but it could just as easily be Tank.  Petite and dainty I ain't.  The ground rumbles when I run and drool goes flying and lips start flapping.  I am a big ole baby that is looking for someone who wants a slobbery bit o' love.  I don't need a girlfriend, although I wouldn't object but honestly food is my first love.  I am a rough and tumble player, little's don't do well around me....I forget they are there and run right over them.  I like to chase balls but don't expect me to bring them back.  Please help me find a home. Bones is a 70 pound of pure love low rider.  A 3-year old American bulldog, super sweet, loves kid big ol' bowling ball!  He was an owner surrendered because they couldnt have afford his medical care, he needed to be neutered and treated for heartworms.  We are going to get this good looking guy all fixed and find him a home that appreciates his silly strength. I love my boy Blue. I saved him in my opinion from a not so good home. He had 10 brothers and sisters and only had one bowl and water to fight over. You can say he is a fighter and knows how to survive. I am a single father and with an increasing work schedule it is more difficult than I imagined. But I always find time for my boy Blue. He is a protector. He watches over my kiddo like a hawk and sometimes doesn't let me near. Which is a red flag for me having have had two full bred pitbulls prior to Blue and were absolutely fantastic not one issue at all. Blue is not a apartment dog. He needs a yard. He is so full of life and absolutely loves to fetch, and tug on rope and jump in the pool. It is absolutely exciting watching him grow up. Now I can't not say this. He is aggressive at times. And I mean aggressive. I don't know what it is but he has a look in his eyes and I don't want that around my kiddo. In my honest opinion I honestly believe he is just playful and means no harm.

Hi!!! My name is Blanca. I am a 2-year-old American Bulldog Mix. I am all white except for a few black spots. Please do not judge me because I only have eyeliner on one eye! I am a very busy girl!!!!!!!!!!! I weigh a lean 65 pounds, up to date on all vaccinations and am spayed. I am a very healthy young lady that loves to play Tug of War and a good game of Catch (ok, I am not great at giving the ball back YET!). I am a Master Squirrel Chaser that will clear your yard of varmints in 3 seconds flat. My foster family says I am very smart and have been easy to train. I am good with other dogs but I have never met a cat. Also, I do not know any young children but I think I would like to meet some one day. I really like to take naps with humans (sorry, I snore sometimes). I get sad when my people leave me so I hope my furever home will have people in it all the time. I pray for a yard too! My favorite thing to do is race around the yard, have a healthy snack, then take a long nap with my head in your lap. Beaux is an older southern gentleman that is calm and cool and looking for his forever home. His requests: some couch time, daily walks, lots of butt scratches and a few treats. He's just so appreciative of any attention that he gets.  He'll bring affection, fun, leash manners and smiles when he sees you. He'll want to impress you by sitting for treats. He loves kids and just wants to play with his foster siblings. He'll gladly spend time in his crate- as long as there's a kong full of yummy stuff! :) Beaux was an outside dog his whole former life- lying on hard surfaces, no shelter from the elements and was completely covered in fleas.  His 7 year old body shows his hard knock life. He has some arthritis, old man bumps (that aren't worrisome).  Beau was treated for heart worm disease at the end of November and has now completed the required 6 weeks of restricted activity, and is now ready to call you his forever family! This guy is quickly learning that life ain't so bad!  He loves everyone, he loves to snuggle in comfy spot.  He is learning how fun toys are.  He has barked for the first time.  He's skin and body are still in rough shape, but this new life he's leading, it is healing quickly. Jeff, one lucky homeless dog rescued from Mexico.  Skin and bones, 6 years old and about 42 pounds.  He was so emaciated.  Sweet but you can tell he was weak and in need of lots of TLC. Jeff couldn’t hold down puppy food so foster started with chicken and broth; soon there after he was eating the puppy food to help strengthen him up.  Despite his neglect, within 72 hours we could start to see his personality come out and he’s just goofy! This is Pam-cuddly and cancer free! She is the sweetest cuddle bug and the slobberiest kisser. Pam believes that being a lap dog is a state of mind. She is potty trained and playful but also doesn’t mind watching TV with you! Pam carries many scars from the past but is as sweet as can be.  Compact in size she only wants to hang with her human.  Super sweet and beautiful. She is the sweetest girl in the whole world.  She's lived a life of neglect and most likely abuse.  She has a scar on her neck from being tied up.  Many lumps all over her body and scars.  She doesn't let that affect her though.  She just wants to cuddle.  Cuddle so much to the extent she was just laying there on the technician at the vet's office while they placed catheter for her surgery.  She wants nothing more than love and she deserves that after the life she has lived.Meet PAM! This sweet girl has been traveling a bumpy road in life. She came to Dallas Dog with many wounds and scars concurrent with prolonged abuse and neglect.  Despite being in obvious pain, sweet Pam has always been loving towards the humans she has come across.PAM loves to play, but her true life goal is to be the ultimate couch potato! SNUGGLES, BELLY RUBS and TREATS are her favorite things.  She is fine with other dogs after a proper introduction.  Dogs with her similar energy level would probably be the best fit as an overly playful friend may try and interrupt her chill time. She is also crate trained and potty trained.Dogs like PAM are such a blessing to us humans.They remind us that love is still possible even after so much pain. Pandora is a shiny black beauty.  She is a year old and weighs around 60 pounds.  She is a very happy dog, with lots of fun energy. She is good with kids.  She is house trained and crate trained and likes to talk to you with her sweet doggie language that is all her own.  She does not bark much.  She likes to snuggle with you.  Walks well on a leash.  Very treat motivated so learns quickly.  And best of all she loves to cool off in her pool on hot days. She went to puppy class and knows basic commands. She’s great with kids & all people. She really loves other dogs and I think just needs a proper intro and slow integration with other puppies or younger dogs.  Adult dogs tend to correct her and set clear boundaries.
