Hello, my name is Bella, and I'm the bestest girl looking for a nice place to call home! I've got a very loveable face and the personality to match! I am a sweet gal who would love to hang around and chill with my people all day! I do great in car rides, and you might've seen me on a couple of my field trips around town! I've been to Park Plaza, Downtown Walla Walla, and Fort Walla Walla, just to name a few. I'm very comfortable being around people, although I can be a bit picky with other dogs. I have a pretty big personality that can sometimes clash with other pups, but I have gotten along with dogs before, so if you have a furry friend at home, the shelter staff recommend bringing them down for a supervised dog meet! I have gone through the Washington State Penitentiary Dog Training Program and graduated with some new tricks up my paws! I know sit, lay down, and I walk pretty politely on the leash! I came in with my buddy Ace, and we are both looking for our fur-ever homes. Bella came to us from Canada due to her previous owner traveling too much. She does need some work as she is a very loud greeter and loves to chase cats. On the other hand, she provides great home protection and gets along with our golden doodle just fine. She was raised going to dog parks. Fetch isn’t her thing, but she likes to walk the perimeter and smell everything! Bella is a snuggler and likes to be close by her owners as much as possible. She is a bit of a nervous dog at times but has a kennel she uses as her “safe space”.

Buddy is an energetic 1.5yr old mixed Cattle Dog/Terrier from Texas that is in need of a new home. While in Texas, he was fostered with an adult female German Shepherd and seemed to do well with her. On arrival to Washington, he has unfortunately shown aggression issues while leashed and to some males - but has played with another dog off leash as well. I've taught him several commands including sit, stay, spin, down, crate, place and heel. He is still sometimes fairly stubborn and will require some treats to get your full attention/focus. Buddy absolutely loves to play catch and will have no problem retrieving a ball for hours at a time. I've started a new job in downtown Seattle where I end up away from home for 11-12hrs a day. Because of this, I want to rehome him to someone who will have a bit more time with him. Buddy roams free in my apartment during that time and does extremely well. He his potty trained and crate trained. Also, Buddy pretty much loves any woman he sees!

**This dog is with Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas** Hey, all! I'm Knight! So here's the thing. I was living at the Buddhist Temple and it wasn't bad. HOWEVER, it was not as good as this! I now have food every day that I don't even have to scrounge for, water that's readily available, shelter that doesn't leak and even people to love on me! All in all, not a bad deal. I'm an energetic guy who likes to run around the play yard and do my own thing. I do get up to some puppy-ish shenanigans, so I'll need some guidance to become the dog I want to be. But, the important thing is that I do want to please. I do like to play with my empty food bowl and I lost my bedding privileges, but who can blame a guy? It was just so fun to tear up! Other than that though, I'm try to be on my best behavior. I'm just 80 pounds of love!
