Figaro is in hospice foster care as he is in renal failure, but still has a good quality of life. Figaro and his sister, Zsa Zsa, came to NTCR’s attention when their human was placed into a long-term care facility and a plea for help in rehoming them was issued. We were told they went to a new home. As it turns out, the pair were shuffled to two different homes where neither received adequate food, water, attention, or veterinary care. NTCR was alerted to their plight once again. We rescued both kitties; however, it was too late for Zsa Zsa. By the time we rescued her, Zsa Zsa was in complete renal failure and her organs began shutting down. We had to let her go. Blue eyed Benny, official name Beignet, was adopted in New Orleans. He is a kind cat that keeps to himself until he wants snuggles. Since he was a kitten he loves to snuggle by your neck with a loud purr. Benny is a little over a year old and was adopted as a kitten. He is indifferent about our two dogs (one large and one small). If he has a scratch post, he is good to go with no damage to furniture. He has had two bladder infections and requires special food. Other then that, he is a kind and low key cat.

Latte and her brother Mocha have been together since they were kittens. They are both sweet, loving cats. They are very attached to my daughter who went off to college last year. In her absence they bonded with my youngest son who will be moving out soon. Latte loves sleeping with one of her favorite people. Unfortunately my new husband is allergic, and we are in the process of moving. We decided it is time to find the cats a new home.
