Calico kittens & cats in Blanchester, Ohio

I found Mitzi along with her sister who I call Minka several weeks ago. They were playing out by the road when I went to get my mail. I am assuming the neighbor across the street who had moved left them behind. Due to some physical issues I have as well as the fact that I am moving and can't have pets, I just can't keep her. Mitzi is between 4 and 6 months old at best guess. Mitzi is very energetic and playful. She is very good around other cats. She likes to be petted at times but is a bit timid at times and doesn't like to be held. She is very curious and gets really funny expressions on her face. Loves balls

Angel is a beautiful calico. She's on the timid side but can be friendly and is willing to sit on the laps of people that she is comfortable with. Angel been vet checked, spayed and is up-to-date on shots. She has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV

This chatty girl will tell her young friend that petting and brushing are super special to her and that she will repay this kindness with pretty purrs and loving squinting eye blinks. Ariel has tested positive for FIV (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus), a disease that suppresses her immune system. But Ariel is a perfectly healthy cat, with no signs of being slowed down by FIV! Most cats with FIV live long, healthy lives with no symptoms at all. The disease is not spread to people or dogs. And it is not spread to cats through casual contact -- like sharing litter boxes, water and food bowls, or through snuggling, grooming, and playing. FIV is almost exclusively spread through deep bite wounds, and a spayed FIV+ cat is usually unlikely to infect other cats if properly introduced. But since Ariel doesn’t like cats (goofy girl), we think it is best for her to be the only cat in her home. Nanci came to His Eye Is On The Sparrow as a young kitty herself. She was a very young mommy looking for love. Nanci wants to trust but is very cautious about who to give her trust to.
