Spayed or Neutered,
Story
I had to make the heartbreaking decision to rehome my sweet boy after ending a 12 year relationship. I found him in the cold as a young cat in 2014 and rescued him. I’m moving to an apartment and he will not be happy there as he is an indoor/outdoor cat. He sticks to a hunting outside at night/sleeping inside all day schedule. Will hop in window when he’s ready to come in. I love him so much and hate to rehome him but it is what is best for him as he deserves to have the freedom of being outside in a rural area. He will pay his rent by killing mice and/or chipmunks and come inside to cuddle when he tires of it. He demands to be brushed and will curl up in your lap if he can. He’s good with most dogs if they are cat friendly and good with other cats. In time he will grow to love them and wrestle. Once you understand his personality it is a bond that will last forever. My heart is breaking writing this about my sweet Paco but he needs the life he is accustomed to in a rural area.

Story
Peter is 3 years old. We got him when he was a kitten from a family friend. I would describe Peter as a chill and lazy cat, who has his "zoomie" sprints. He is overweight. He loves his treats and eating any food he can get a hold of, no matter what it is or where it is. He likes to cuddle and play on his own terms. We have a dog and he does like to play with the dog when he wants to play with the dog. He does have some medical conditions. He is prone to UTI's and he has Feline Corona Virus. Both have been very manageable. He cannot be around other cats due to his GI virus. I can answer any and all questions about his medical conditions. We want Peter to go to a home where being a cat is embraced. Someone who understands and embraces cats and their typical behavior. We love him enough to know he deserves better, and we want to give him better.
