A WONDERFUL LAP CAT. Loves adults and 'quieter' children. Lexi is fully declawed and spade; and loves laps. She does NOT try to go outside...very content to stay inside. Needs a new home since our adult child moved back home with a dog. She really likes people but not dogs. A great solo pet!

Story
Raven is a sweet cat who enjoys getting pets from his people. While he does love attention, he's also more than happy to lay around and take lots of cat naps. Raven does have a playful side and enjoys batting at a wand toy. Raven would be a good fit for most households wanting an independent cat. While Raven can tolerate living with other cats, he can also be a bit of an instigator and would probably do best as an only cat.Thank you for your interest in adopting a new family member from IndyHumane. Story
Sotano is a very sweet girl that just needs some time and understanding. She can be a little nervous in new environments and she may need some extra time to adjust. While at the shelter, she found her best friend Muffin. Through Muffin, Sotano is growing lots of confidence and just how to be a cat. Whatever Muffin does, Sotano usually copies. Sotano even learned how to play after watching Muffin bat around some crinkle balls. These two have become so close that they are now looking for a forever home together! Sotano's foster parent says, "She is sweet. She just needs patience!" Sotano and Muffin will be a good fit for a quiet home where Sotano can grow her confidence with her new family.*Sotano and Muffin are best friends! They're looking for an owner who can promise to keep them together FUR-ever. You can adopt BOTH for only ONE FEE! *

Story
Jasper is a very social boy who really wants to be near you! He really loves people and even other cats! He is often seen tumbling around with the other kitties in his foster home. He also really enjoys spending some time looking outside and watching the world go by. Jasper's foster parent says, "I love Jasper's pretty face and desire for attention. He's very friendly and just wants to be near you, even if he's not touching you. He's SO SOFT and a joy to pet, and will come to rub on your hand almost any time you hold it out." He would love a social home with a fountain for fresh water, snuggles and time for play!Thank you for your interest in adopting a new family member from IndyHumane. Story
Ally is a very quiet but sweet girl who would be a good fit for a quieter home. Ally loves pets and attention, but she can be a little shy when it comes to asking for it. She's a very gentle kitty who would do best in a home where her new family is a little quieter and less active so she can fully relax. Once she's comfortable, Ally will be a wonderful companion and cuddle buddy for her new family!* Ally has a long and beautiful coat and will need daily brushing to keep painful mats and hairballs at bay ** Thank you for your interest in adopting a new family member from IndyHumane. Story
Nancy came to IndyHumane with trauma to her front leg. IndyHumane medical staff assessed the injury and determined that it needed to be amputated. Now that she's all healed up, Nancy is ready to find her forever home! All Nancy wants in life is lots of cuddles and pets. She enjoys snuggling right up to her foster parent, so that their faces are touching. She'll let you know when she's happy with plenty of purrs, which sound just like a pigeon cooing! Nancy would be a good fit for a calm home just looking for a lap buddy.* Thank you for your interest in adopting a new family member from IndyHumane.
