Story
I adopted Lucy and her littermate/sister Dessa 5 years ago. They were best friends and both house trained perfectly. In the past 5 years I've moved multiple times due to my wanderlust nature and my career path. Dessa adapted very well, she is a happy, cuddly, house trained cat who is by my side at all times. Lucy did not adapt as well. She had devloped into a very stressed out, unhappy kitty and it breaks my heart. I move from apartment to apartment and have roommates. Lucy refuses to use a litterbox anymore and this is obviously a real problem for an apartment with roommates. I am hoping to find someone experienced in behavioral issues like this to give her a good quiet happy home.

Story
We have had crazy since she was a baby kitten she's only a year old but she's too high energy for us to keep her happy. She's very loveable and can get along with other cats and dogs after she gets to know them. But we just don't have the time to care for a kitty with so much energy

Story
Munchie is a big lover. He got his name because every time I would open a can of pringles he would act like it was cat nip and would munch on a plain pringle. That's the only people food I let him eat. I have 8 cats that I have rescued and I am no longer able to care for and keep them as I am ill and am moving in with my son in another state. Munchie is a sweet cat, very lovable and deserves a good home. He needs to be fixed but financially I have not been able to.

Story
“Shadow,” a black DSH female, was born approximately January 2018, and was found as a stray. She was initially taken in by Good Samaritan but was relinquished to ASL when he had to move. She has been vaccinated, spayed, and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. “Shadow” was not a happy camper when she first arrived. She was not social with people and in fact was down right one angry kitty. Fortunately, she’s not that way anymore, although she is still a little shy. Patience has paid off. We just waited for her to decide she was safe now. “Shadow” was about 8 months old when she arrived, and we can only surmise that someone was very mean to her as a kitten. She’s going to require patience to let her settle in on her own time, but we know that patience will be rewarded. We hope someone will give her the opportunity to be the best kitty she can be. For application instructions, please contact Lois at catwomanlsk@gmail.com. Fee, $95.

Story
“Eddie” is a BIG, solid Tuxedo boy who wandered around an apartment complex looking for someone to take him in. Although he found a sympathetic tenant, she was unable to keep him. He’s an affectionate and extremely personable kitty who likes to lie around and watch the world go by with his big topaz eyes. How many cats do you know that love to flop over and have their belly rubbed? Eddie LOVES IT!. And we obviously found a toy he loves when we set him up for his portraits (a big stuffed fish). “Eddie” is neutered, UTD on vaccinations and tested negative for FeLV/FIV. He's a bully with other cats and prefers to be the "king" in his house. He seems to get along well with most dogs. Fee, $100. To apply to adopt “Eddie,” contact Lois at catwomanlsk@gmail.com or call 269-782-6352 for application instructions.
