Me and my boyfriend lived with a roommate who had 2 cats. Over time we became the main people who interacted with them and bought their food and litter etc. When we were moving out of the roommates house he told us the cats were going to the pound or to the streets so we took them in. The cats are sisters and we couldn't let them be abandoned so we took them in. 3 years later we added more cats and pets because of the same reason and it's gotten to be too much for us as we have a child now. We want the cats to have the love and attention and care they need because we aren't able to properly give that to them at this point.
