Story
Mr. Gray was a stray cat in the neighborhood about 6 yrs ago and his clipped ear indicates prior TNR. I fed him and learned he loved to supervise my gardening, purring as I worked outside. He enjoys sleeping on the back porch and strolling around near neighbors, looking for treats and a kind word. Three yrs ago our vet extracted most of his teeth, but this has not at all inhibited his ability to eat. He is micro-chipped and receives annual rabbi shots & health checks. He is approx 9 yrs old and is FIV positive, so being an only pet or with other FIV cats is best. When my indoor kitty passed away in 2018, I welcomed Mr. Gray inside my home where he plays with his toys and sleeps on the sofa or bed. He has never taken to using a litter box for me but has had zero accidents in the house, letting me know when he needs/wants to go outside. Mr. Gray is a very sweet indoor/outdoor cat (w/ great soft fur) who needs a loving new home as I am relocating and can't take him with me.

Story
Meet Tiberius, a handsome 9 year old tuxedo. He's affectionate, talkative, energetic and playful (lasers are his favorite). He loves being the man of the house, and once bonded with you will follow you everywhere and want to snuggle with you frequently. He loves spending time on my screened porch and in open windows. He's neutered, up to date on shots, and housetrained with excellent litter box habits This sweet boy was rescued in Boone NC by my daughter in 2011 and she brought him home to my house where he stayed. Since then he's been part of the family and I took over his care. He's good with young children (never aggressive), never been around dogs.

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Sting DOB: September 2019   Spayed Female       Short Hair        Grey Hello! I’m Sting. My sisters, Copeland and Summers were rescued with me and although we form quite a brilliant trio, I can be adopted on my own. I don’t have stripes, but I do have stunning gray fur and eyes that glow like fine jewels. I’m pretty good at entertaining myself, but get out the right toys and treats and “I’lllll be, wrapped around your fingerrrrrrrr!” I love to play with humans and kitty-mannered dogs. I would love to form a band with my forever family, so if you’re looking for a kitty who is beautiful and friendly, have my tour manager at Best Friend Pet Adoption (adoption@bfpa.org) set up a gig. Dogs:  Kitty mannered dogs please Other cats:  Good with other kitties, needs a friend Kids:  Over 8 with kitty experience. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Scout DOB: June 2019 Neutered Male         Short Hair        Grey Tabby Hello! My name is Scout. I look a little camera shy in my pictures, but I’m a pretty happy-go-lucky little boy! Just give me a couple of minutes to get my bearings and it’s GAME ON! I like interactive toys, plus mouse toys and, well, basically anything that rolls or flies! Since I’m still a kitten, I’ll shine in a home where I get attention from my human family. Of course, another kitty in the home would be super (I have some siblings who are good kittens) and I get along with dogs who know how to play with cats. As you can see, I’ve got perfect tabby stripes, including the classic M on my forehead. If you want some Tabby Perfection, let my friends at Best Friend Pet Adoption know (adoption@bfpa.org) and they’ll set up a meet and greet. Dogs:  Kitty mannered dogs please Other cats:  Good with other kitties, needs a friend Kids:  Over 8 with kitty experience. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Pumpkin DOB: June 2019  Spayed Female       Short Hair        Tabico I’m a delightful combination of orange and brown tabby with the loving personality to match. I may take a few minutes to warm up to new people, but when I know it’s safe, I’m a snuggly girl. I enjoy playing with toy mice and trying to catch the red dot. Since I’m still a kitten, I need an active home where I’ll have people or other kitties to play with. I get along all right with dogs, too, as long as they know not to chase cats. My friends at Best Friend Pet Adoption will tell you how you can make me part of your family. Contact them at adoption@bfpa.org. You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.Nate   DOB: May 2019 Neutered Male Short Hair Grey Tabby   Hi, I’m Nate! I’m generally known as a sweet guy, but I may be just a little bit shy at first. Once I’m all settled in, though, I’ll be your best cuddle buddy! Since I’m still young, I’ll do really well in a house where there’s lots of toys for me to play with. Interactive toys will draw me out of my shell really fast! I’m okay with dogs and with kids who are over 6 years old and know how to handle kittens.
