Story
I have gone from Rags to Riches. I was born at a manufacturing facility. How mommy got there I cannot say but she had us very well hidden. Some people were very nice to feed mommy but it was not safe for us so we were moved to a safer place which had carpet, air conditioning, and food all the time for mommy and me, lots of toys and even a thing called the poop box. What a life! I love to have fun and can run fast and pounce on toys. I don't even mind sharing with my brothers. We really like to play with the ball in the circle. Oh! And I like head rubs and all the attention and love you can give. Will you take me home so my adventure may continue? Are you interested in adopting this kitten or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. There is no obligation to adopt by completing an application, however, we do recommend submitting an application as soon as you find an animal you are interested in. We review applications in the order they are received. Completed applications can be sent via email to adopt@jcapl.org , faxed to 919-300-5524 or delivered in person by visiting us at one of our adoption events on Saturdays at PetSmart in Garner (White Oak Shopping Center). We will contact you as soon as possible once we receive your application. Thanks for thinking adoption!

Story
Hi my name is Jace. I am a quiet Shy Guy. One minute you will see me and the next minute you are like where did he go? But I never go far because I like to play and love attention! I like to run and play with the ball in the circle that always seems to come back for more! And I really love to bat the ball around and around and around. I have a sweet little meow and will sit and talk to you. It is very quiet so you have to listen very closely. But when I am hungry my little meow becomes very loud. I have to make sure my human knows I want my food. Not that I have missed any meals, but I sure don't want to either. I live now with other cats and dogs, but I am ready for my own forever home. Story
I am a mommy cat rescued from the shelter with my babies I guess you could say I have a halo over my head because we were saved. I am definitely a lap cat. I like to sit on the sofa and get all kinds of attention. Do not get me wrong, I do play a lot too! I still have kitten in me. Sitting in the sunshine is one of my favorite things to do. I like to stretch out and feel the warmth. I'm a little pudgy, so when I run I look really cute. Do you have a sunny window for me to sit in? Story
Albert has a Special Adoption Fee and is estimated to be 2-3 years old. He was found as a stray, sick and skinny. He is blind in his right eye and has some damage to his left, but he can see. He is great with other cats, and he loves attention. He can get a little rough when playing and needs more instruction on kitty manners, but he is a great kitty who deserves to have the love and security he has missed out on in the past. Are you interested in adopting Albert or another JCAPL pet you have seen? You'll need to start by completing an adoption application, available online at our website: www.jcapl.org. I’m a sweet and playful kitty that loves attention! My only request is that you do not pick me up. Let me come to you for attention and start out petting my body before my head. I will sleep at your feet all night long! Can I share your bed?? I do not stray far from my brother or another foster kitty. My brother is Kratos and we are very close. If you’re not able to adopt us both I’d love a home with another friendly kitty to snuggle and play with! Are you interested in adopting Mangi or another JCAPL pet you have seen? Hello to you! My sweet purr will tell you want a purrfect girl I am. I have a gentle personality which is great for TV cuddle time. I will give you little love taps to let you know I am here. Then I will purr and purr. I also will give you little kisses. I do like to play. The little ones which crinkle are fun and the ball in the circle. Sunbathing too is a pleasure. When the sun beams through the window, I am there. Just look at my sweet face. What more do I need to say? Are you interested in adopting Piper or another JCAPL pet you have seen?
