Phoebe is a sweet 5 year old female cat - she likes people but cannot be in a household with other cats. She is healthy, spayed, all shots are up to date. I hate to let her go but she simply doesn't tolerate other cats. She has been an indoor cat her whole life so please only enquire if you are looking for an indoor cat.

Story
I've had Morloth for about 6 years. She's basically a good cat, I'm just not really a cat person and I think it would be more fair to her to live with someone who is. She can be a little grumpy with people she doesn't know (will act friendly until you try to pet her, then the claws come out) and will require someone with a lot of patience to get to know her and earn her trust in the beginning. She would do best being the only pet in the house, though she has adapted in the past when I needed to house her at my mom's with her three cats. She might be okay with another older cat who won't get in her face. She LOVES food, will try to eat anything left in her reach, so be careful about leaving table scraps around. She doesn't destroy furniture or chew things, uses the litterbox just fine, and can be friendly if it's on her own terms. (Prefers to sit on your lap rather than being petted a lot, though she does like some light pets on her forehead.)
