Gracie is an adult, mackerel tabby. I adopted her when her previous owner passed in 2014. She came to me declawed and very shy. She's a bit overweight and can still be shy, but is very vocal when she wants attention. She's very low maintenance and loves to lounge in the sun. She has lived with a miniature dachshund for several years and gotten along well with her canine companion. She's a sweet girl who loves to explore and investigate new areas around the house. Chin and ear scatches are her favorite. She's a heavy shedder, so regular brushing is a must. I'd love to see her go to a quiet , loving home. Gracie loves to be in the same room as you, but she's not a lap cat, more of a constant companion. Food, treats, and "Petsafe" brand automatic litter box with refills would come with her. Because of her fluffy, lazy appearance and nature she's earned the nickname 'bear' and answers to it almost more than her name. She's perfect for someone looking for an easy going, loving friend.

She is a sweet girl who just wants a warm lap in a quiet space. We have another cat and a dog that she gets along with as long as they aren’t too loud or bothering her. Since having our baby she avoids being with us and hides most of the day. With her self isolation has come some bad behavior. Lots of love to give, just needs a home at her level right now or calm and attentive. We are now approaching an overseas military move and will not be able to take her with us.
