Hi! My name is Remy (Remington when I'm in trouble) and I am a foster dog in need of a forever home! I am about 3 years old and I am a purebred Doberman. I'm a pretty big guy at 95 pounds and I'm so tall that I hardly have to try to lick my foster parents in the face! I'd love a big yard and an owner that can keep up with my crazy high energy level. I'd also love having brothers and sisters to play with! I am a great home defender with a deep loud bark and a scary look, but I'm really a total sweetheart. I'm even nice to cats! You may notice that my ears are a little wonky and that my back is covered in scars; this is because my previous owners were abusive to me and I'm a little wary of strangers because of it. You may also notice that I'm lacking in fur. I am a blue Doberman and I suffer from genetic hair loss due to this, but I am perfectly healthy and I love wearing sweaters! Please help me find my forever home! (I don't have behavioral issues, my mom selected the wrong option!)

Molly walked up to our family on Thanksgiving as we were sitting down to eat. She was half starved and you could tell she had been wandering awhile. We brought her home and went to see if she was microchipped. She was, but her original owners did not want her. Her age on her microchip said she was a year and a half, but we later found out she was only about 8 months old when we found her. She loves chewing on rope toys (and to be honest the cotner of couch pillows). She needs a home with her as the only pet, owners that are high spirited and experienced, and lots a love. She can be a doll, but since her original owners put her on the street, we have not been able to get rid of the food agression, which is why she needs to be in a home of her own.

This petite gal came from a local shelter. She's stayed in a foster home with other Dobies and did well with the dominant male but not as well with the females. Martina is very affectionate and is treat motivated. She is gentle with people and loves to cuddle and gives kisses. Martina does ok on leash, responds to sit, come and off but needs house training and manners. We assume this cutie was not given the play and attention needed as a youngster. She doesn't know how to play with toys and is not housebroken. The foster suggested only large male dogs as companions. No small pets and no young children. And she can jump--at least a six foot fence is needed for this one. If you are looking for a cuddle buddy to train, she will be your forever friend. Martina wants to please but needs the opportunity to be the best.

Daley and her male companion were surrendered by their owner. He didn't have enough time for the dogs and they were left outside in their yard resulting in neighbor complaints. Daley walked nicely on leash until she saw another dog. She may be leash reactive and should probably be an only dog since she exhibits aggressive behaviour. In the play yard she showed good recall and wanted to be with the handler for attention. She is very focused on the person she is with and very friendly with anyone she met. The handlers reported her to be an extremely velcro dog. She didn't show interest in toys or treats. She didn't mind being handled, leaned over or hugged. If you're a one-dog owner looking for a couch cuddler, this pretty girl might be your new companion.
