Story
I have had my Sosa who is a pit bull mix for 8 years which was since he was born in 2014. He is up to date on all his shots. He is a inside dog but I do let him go outside to use the bathroom and play and he has discovered how to climb the chain-link fence now. My road is busy with cars and people walking up and down it and yesterday he decided to jump it and run out in the busy street while I was sitting outside with him. People are frightened of him because he is big, fast, and has a deep bark. If you act scared of him it makes it worse but all he wants to do is jump up on you which frightens a lot of people. I will be traveling soon for my job and have no one to monitor him and he needs someone to give him one on one attention and lots of room to run and be free. He has grown up with me and my 2 sons so he hasn’t been around a lot of other people or other animals. He does not like birds, rabbits, or squirrels and I’m pretty sure not cats either. He thinks he is a king! He

Story
Daisy is well socialized. She likes children and gets along with other dogs and cats. She likes nothing more than to snuggle in your lap and go for walks. She is spayed and up to date on all her shots and flea treatment. Daisy however is an escape artist. She will dig under any fence she is put in. She doesn't like to be outside unless she is off leash running around where ever she wants to go. When in doors she needs to be crated. She is potty trained, but will have "accidents" in the house if left unattended for any length of time. In my opinion she needs a home with a large property where she can run around all day long and is allowed indoors at night to keep her safe from coyotes. Her coat is short so being an outside dog in the winter time wouldn't be humane. She has been in the shelter 3 times. I think that has messed with her mind. I have had her for 3 years and have realized we are not the right fit for her.

Story
This is Birdie, she's about 8.5 months old and I rescued her from a local shelter where she didn't have any socialization and had developed a lot of fears around being outside and being able to hear things but not see them. I need to rehome this precious girl because I'm facing a big move and issues in my personal life and medical issues, and her separation anxiety issues unfortunately prevent me from being able to leave the house. Due to her fear of certain things, she still hasn't been housebroken because of this issue, though she has been going on potty pads inside, though she sometimes misses. The best adopter would be someone who can be home a lot or has at least 1 other dog or a pack to show her how to have fun and to not be afraid. Also an adopter that is patient and has a good grasp of separation anxiety. She is very happy, loves to sleep nestled with you and loves to give sweet licks. She just wants to be a good girl and make you happy. She's very eager to please.

Story
We adopted Scout from the San Diego Human Society 1 year ago. She is 2 1/2 years old. She is a very sweet, loving dog who is house trained and loves to go outside and play. We are looking for someone to give her a good life who doesn’t mind spending their time with her at home. She will lay in your bed with you and curl up at night to sleep. She is very affectionate and protective. She just can not be around other dogs. I wish we could have raised her from a puppy but unfortunately she was already taught the dog aggressive behavior. I am trying to avoid having her put down. As you can see in the pictures, she is absolutely beautiful. She will grab your heart at first site and immediately roll over for a belly rub.
