Story
Prince is 6 years old but has the energy of a puppy. He loves to play and run. Absolutely loves attention and love. He seriously can't get enough of it. He is house trained. He sleeps in his kennel so when you tell him kennel or "In" he knows where to go. He needs a fenced in back yard due to the fact if he's able to run free he most definitely will take the opportunity. After a good hour or so he's ready to come back inside. He is not neutered so will need that done within 30 days of adoption. We feel after that his energy levels should calm down a bit. This boy just needs a family that can keep up with him and isn't too busy for his needs.

Story
We are at our wits end w separation anxiety and destructive behavior. She needs attention, kids to play with, and more time than we can spend. We are away from home w work and church commitments and recently married and moved, all recipe for behavior issues. We fear for her safety in crate and she has chewed drywall when we leave her out. She is damaging the crate. We have no choice and can not afford pro training.

Story
She’s about 4yrs old, adopted from a shelter at 8 months old. She is house trained and loves to run outside...needs a nice big yard. Has been good w other dogs at the dog park but is reactive on leash when walking and coming across another dog. She does experience separation anxiety and does not do well in a crate. Loves to snuggle on the couch and will take over the bed if allowed! No health issues and feeding Purina dog chow. Very good and tolerant of tooth brushing.

Story
Meet Lola! She is a 1 year old American Pit Bull Terrier weighing in at 60 pounds! She is a beautiful happy girl who loves resting on the couch, playing outdoors, swimming and being with her person. She is house-trained, can sit and paw, walks great on a leash, sleeps through the night and loves to train. She is a little shy at first but warms up to adults when introduced slowly and calmly - especially with treats as she is very food motivated! Lola needs to be an "only" - no other animals or small children under 14 in the home. Can you give this girl the life and love she deserves? Lola's adoption fee is adopters choice. All Pet Central animals are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention. Dogs over seven months of age are heartworm tested. When adopting, we will ensure that you receive copies of veterinary and microchip records.Due to the construction of our state of the art facility, none of our pets are on site, they are all located in foster homes at this time.If you would like to meet this pet, please fill out the brief Adopter Survey (This is your adoption application) : https://petcentralhelps.org/dog-puppy-applicationAfter we review your completed survey we will contact you by phone or email within 72 hours or less (We're primarily a volunteer organization, so we appreciate your patience. Please note- Out of respect for our volunteers and staff, we are closed on Sundays and will not be processing any applications on that day). Do get back to us right away when we call or email regarding an application so that we can quickly connect. A Pet Central representative will then set up an appointment to meet the pet for possible adoption. At the time of the meeting, we would like you to get to know each other by spending a minimum of 15 minutes interacting with your potential family member and chatting with us. You will take your new friend home if all are in agreement that a match has been made.We do ask that you bring a leash or carrier in addition to the adoption fee.We don't accept checks, but do take cash in the exact amount, and debit/credit cards.Thank you for considering a rescue pet!Sincerely,Pet Central

Story
Well hello there! I’m Britta and I’m 10.5 years old.  I am ½ of an amazing pair of Brittanys and we are looking for our forever home…. TOGETHER.  My sister Becca and I used to live outside all the time but since we’ve lived in foster care we’ve learned to love to be inside and hang with our people.  We like all people...me especially and I will stick by your side, follow you around the house, sit beside you on the couch and snuggle with you in bed. I like to be taken for walks, but I get excited and pull on the leash.  Walks are exciting…what can I say?  I also like toys…stuffies are the best.  I like to unstuff them.  I have a high prey drive so I shouldn’t live with a cat. My sister Becca and I would love a home where it’s just us and our humans.  More love for us.   We are very active for our age and love to run outside.  Don't be fooled by the white in our face...we are young at heart! I used to have nasty heart worms in me, but NBRAN got me all fixed up and they are gone.  I am spayed, up to date on all my vaccinations and overall very healthy.  So if you are looking for aperfect pair of Brittanys to join your family….we are your girls.  We will only go to our new home together…. together forever!  Our adoption fee, as we are seniors, is $200 US each but if you are a senior too it’s $100 US each.  We are located near London, Ontario, Canada but NBRAN can transport us up to 2200 kms or 1400 miles.  If you are interested, please submit an application and our people will get in touch with you.  http://www.nbran.org/adopt/adoption-application For more information about Britta (and Becca) please contact sandratoal18@gmail.com We will NOT consider splitting up this pair. They have been together their entire lives.

Story
Hi! I'm Blackstar! I'm an American Pit Bull Terrier and my birthday is 12/1/19. At 4-months I weigh about 16-pounds - but I'm sure to grow! I was relinquished with my sister Bandit, to a shelter. We were both neglected, but everyone keeps saying how sweet we are. My foster says this about me: "Blackstar is very shy around people at first but once she gets to know you all she wants to do it play and be around you. She is great with other dogs and loves to be around her brother. She loves all kinds of toys but tennis balls and rope toys are her favorites. She also loves to nap and loves anything with peanut butter. She is still in the process of being potty trained but is doing really great and hasn't had many accidents in the house. When she is napping or sleeping she loves to be in a warm place surrounded by blankets." Are you the family of her dreams? Her adoption fee is $325.All Pet Central animals are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered, microchipped (registration included), and current on parasite prevention.
