Sarah

Weimaraner Labrador Retriever

Female, 9 yrs 9 mos
Medora, IN
Size
(when grown) Large 61-100 lbs (28-45 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, Needs experienced adopter, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
Sarah has been with us for over a year, because she doesn't "show well" when visitors meet her with a gate between them and Sarah. Sarah had a bad life in her previous home, and when she is confined in a kennel, she is fearful that she might not be able to escape a potential danger. So we try to have Sarah in our play yard when visitors come to meet her. She is a beautiful, smart and loving dog. She is a large size, and would need a fenced yard in her new adoptive home. Sarah is playful and congenial with children aged 12 or more and other dogs her own size, but she might be too active for very small children such as toddlers, because of her size. Sarah is a natural when it comes to being a "watch dog." She will let you know if anything is unusual. Sarah adores her favorite humans, and would be a devoted companion for an active family who enjoys outdoor activities! If you would like to meet Sarah, EMAIL US AT REDSKYRESQ@GMAIL.COM TO ARRANGE AN APPOINTMENT!

Story
Saddie is blue tick beagle. We have had her for over two years. She is a very lovable dog. She is great with kids. Especially 2 year old toddlers. However, she is a males dog. She isn’t a hunting dog and has never been registered but I have papers for her. She is very sweet and a huge lap dog! If you are male and warm blooded she is a great snuggle buddy to keep you warm. The only thing that’s wrong with her is that she snores! Not kidding! She is kennel trained. She sleeps in a kennel due to the puppy that is still in her (chewing). All in all great family dog to a family that has the time for her.
