Story
Jameson is the best dog that I have ever had. He loves to play frisbee, go to the dog park and snuggle up with my wife and I. Unfortunately, over the last year and a half Jameson has developed epilepsy. At first it was scary, but over time we learned how to cope/deal with the situation. You need to give him a little bit of space right after the seizure as he gets his bearings back. We put him on meds and the seizures come and go. In March of 2019 my wife and I had our first kid. This has put us in the unfortunate position with Jameson. While we love this dog to death, there is no way that we can ensure the safety of our child. He is house trained and loves humans and playing with other dogs. He is a lab and gets very excited to see other dogs and humans that are familiar. We really wish it didn’t come down to this but we have to think about what is right for the safety of our child. We would love if someone could share the love Jamo brings us and everyone around him daily!

Jake was a rescue dog to begin with. He is very sweet and kind and fun loving! He is also very friendly. Pitbull mixes can get a bad reputation, but Jake is nothing like the stereotype. He is very friendly with babies, children, and adults!

Story
I found Mookie a few months back abandoned in a park. After calling around to local shelter and finding them all full, I decided to keep her under my care. Unfortunately, I know now that Mookie has some unpleasant behavioral issues. She has anxiety (on daily sedative of trazodone) and fear aggression. She must not have been socialized well with humans as a puppy. She often growls and barks at strangers and does not let people get near her. While she is completely sweet with me, I do not think my small apartment is enough for her happiness. She is a very active dog and needs a yard she can run around in. She also needs some proper training, I unfortunately cannot afford to get her the type of trainer she would need, but I believe with proper training and focus she could end up as a really amazing dog. She loves to play, and especially loves being outdoors - hiking, swimming, running.

Story
Kash is a sweet boy! he is loving, protective and obedient. My husband has some health issues that prevents him to take to care for him the way he deserves to be taken care of. We would love to see him placed with a loving family or just someone who is going to love and care for him. We live in the city and don't have adequate yard space for him to run and romp. He would love a country/farm environment. We do love him deeply and it saddens us to have to rehome him. I will upload a photo of him also (want to get a good picture)

Story
Belle is an amazingly energetic, physically active 10 year old cocker spaniel mix. She is about 15 pounds. Her owner had to go into a nursing home. We took her on because she had no other options. However she needs to go out every couple of hours to prevent accidents. We are unable to be home enough during the day. She has a history of bladder stones and infections. So it’s essential that someone be available to let her out or that she have access to a dog door. She gets along well with our golden retriever. She accepts petting from children but has never lived with children. She enjoys car rides snd walks. She is well behaved visiting pet stores and accompanying me to my office.
