Story
Daisy is a 4 yr old pitt. She is very loving and snuggly. However she also thinks she is alpha all the time and it causes issues with our other dog who is also being rehomed. She loves walks, the vets, yes I said it she loves going to our vets office!!! She loves car rides and loves to play with her toys. She will climb up in ur lap and just lay there. She will wait for you to come out of the shower and lick every droplet of water off if u will let her. She does get ear infections when the weather changes so u have to keep up on that so she doenst get a hematoma in her ear. She has a rare blood deficiency where her blood doesnt clot but she doesnt need anything special for it. Jist harder for her to stop bleeding and clot up. She is spayed, potty trained, knows a few commands. I just want her to be safe

Story
My baby is 4 years old I have had him since he was a few weeks old. Hes never been around too many people so he gets tense when meeting new people. He does have severe separation anxiety, when I'm gone for an hour or longer he tends to howl and bark until he can see someone. Hes a great dog who absolutely loves to cuddle and watch tv. Absolutely loves paw patrol! I used to have 4 dogs total in the house at once and he loved being around them, hes never been around cats so I'm not sure how he would do. He was attached to my little brother at the hip and loves my nephews, so hes good with young kids. Never been around someone younger than 5.

Story
Zana is a sweet, fun loving active pup. She is always happy. She takes a minute to warm up to new people, so continued socializing will be needed, and a basic obedience class. No cats please. We are looking for a home with another active dog and a fenced yard, as we fill this is her best placement... she is an active girl and loves to play! Our adoption process starts with our application. Once the application is approved, a member of Legacy will contact you to set up a home visit. The home visit usually last 1-1 1/2 hours and is to make sure our dog and any current dogs/cats are getting along, as well as both of us agreeing it's a fit. At this time the adoption fee is due, and begins the 2 week trial. We will check in during the 2 week trial. If it's not working, our dog is returned to the foster home and all except $100.00 {$75 if Senior} of the adoption fee is returned. At the end of the 2 week trial, you decide if you will finalize the adoption - if finalized, the Adoption Contract is signed and all medical records are turned over to you. If at any time you need to rehome the dog it contractually needs to be returned to Legacy Dog Rescue. ADOPTION FEE's: Puppies under 6 months: $199.00 Adults: $150.00 Seniors (over 7 yrs): $99.00 If you are interested in one of our dogs please fill out an application:  https://form.jotform.com/193425528783165

Story
Holler at your girl! Zelda bean is a very exuberant one-year-old. She has a zest for life and she has not meet a person that she doesn’t seem to love! She enjoys having a job and can spend hours playing nose work and scent games. Zelda has attended training classes to work on her basic manners, more polite greetings and classes to keep that sharp mind engaged. Zelda would do best in an extremely active home environment. A home that has time to both physically and mentally exercise her daily. Zelda can be too excitable with other dogs; it is this behavior that has limited her canine friends. Her ideal placement will be a single dog home. Our adoption process starts with our application. Once the application is approved, a member of Legacy will contact you to set up a home visit. The home visit usually last 1-1 1/2 hours and is to make sure our dog and any current dogs/cats are getting along, as well as both of us agreeing it's a fit. Story
Here's The Good The Bad and The Ugly... Lily is a sweet girl, she loves being with her people, and giving kisses. She was bought by someone who should have never had a dog. Her foundation as a puppy was not strong. She is fearful, especially of men. She will bite out of fear, she needs an understanding home that will continue the work we have started, and continue repairing her foundation. She is fostered with another dog and absolutely loves to play. When meeting new people you have to do it correctly and consistently. You cannot overwhelm her. She is currently on Prozac and CBD oil. Classes in confidence building are helping her. We would love her forever home to be local as we would like to make at least one class a mandatory part of her adoption package. She loves to go on walks but does best and then less populated area. She is very treat motivated. She is between 4 and 5 years old and is a Yorkie mix. She's approximately 17 pounds and would probably be a non-shedding dog but we can't guarantee that. No cats as she enjoys the chase. No kids as they will not understand her fear and anxiety. Lily has been shortchanged, and we agreed to take her on to give her a chance at the life she should have always had. Her foster family has been working with her, building that confidence and showing her a different side of life. They literally saved her life. We need someone to see that she is a great dog... she just needs a family that will consistently work with her. Our adoption process starts with our application. Once the application is approved, a member of Legacy will contact you to set up a home visit. The home visit usually last 1-1 1/2 hours and is to make sure our dog and any current dogs/cats are getting along, as well as both of us agreeing it's a fit.
