Story
Rusty is a ten month old Labrador Retriever/Ridgeback blend that is active with a capital ""A."" He is housetrained and neutered. If you want an active partner to enjoy your hikes and family outings, Rusty would be an awesome addition. He will do best in an active home with folks who help him burn energy and provide mental stimulation. He's a leaner and loves people, and is quite snuggly once he's had the chance to exercise. Rusty needs to be the only pet in the home. His adoption fee is $215. All our adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, heartworm or felv/fiv tested, vaccinated for core vaccinations, treated for internal/external parasites.

Story
Jesse is a male 7-year-old Irish Terrier. Like Manny, his health was also very tenuous upon arrival and he spent quite a bit of time under round-the-clock veterinary care. He seeks out affection from people and will, oftentimes, prefer a round of petting to a yummy treat. We continue to work on his training, too, so that his future can be as assured as possible. While his future requires that he be an only pet as he enjoys his golden years he has a lot to give to people. Jesse's adoption fee is $165. All our adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, heartworm or felv/fiv tested, vaccinated for core vaccinations, treated for internal/external parasites.

Story
Manny is a male two-year-old Irish Terrier. He arrived as a stray in January with a lot of injuries and has received a lot of TLC on his road to physical recovery. He weighs 45 lbs and he was neutered after his health allowed him to be. He dotes on people, but needs a home with no other pets. He has endured a lot of trauma in his life and we are diligently working on his training to make him the best he can be and the most in tune with the human(s) that are destined to be in his life. Manny will do best with a routine so people who are consistent in their interactions will be a must! Manny’s adoption fee is $165. All our adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, heartworm or felv/fiv tested, vaccinated for core vaccinations, treated for internal/external parasites.

Story
This sweet older female arrived as a stray and was never claimed. It doesn't look like she has had an easy time of it in life so she has definitely shown some Moxie in her life! We guess her to be 6-8 years old, but that is one secret she is not giving up! She is spayed and we believe her to be house trained. She has an independent spirit but soulful eyes. She appears to co-exist with other dogs but doesn't have a tremendous desire to play, or otherwise interact with them. We do not know her life story, but we do know she makes us smile everyday! She will need a cat-free home. Moxie's adoption fee is $165. All our adoptable pets are spayed/neutered, heartworm or felv/fiv tested, vaccinated for core vaccinations, treated for internal/external parasites.

Story
Paige came to us after her human passed away a few years ago. Her foster home had a larger dog and they enjoyed playing together. Not sure about small dogs but no cats. She is nine years old and is on meds for seizures. She loves children and has played with toddlers to teens. She also loves walks and finding hidden treats! She has been a great companion to my mother and I but circumstances have changed and we need to move. This is a hard, sad decision I have to make.

Story
www.facebook.com/MissSnowWhite2018 Meet Miss Snow White. She is 1 years young American Staffordshire Terrier/Rottweiler/Boxer cross whose interests include cuddling, jumping, exploring, running, romping and chewing. She loves having toys to play with, so her new home will need to provide her with her own toys, bones, playtime, and some training to keep her mind and body healthy. She loves kiddie pools and wrestling games. This sweet girl is almost leashed trained, has some basic commands down, she gets along well with people and most dogs. She likes to sleep with her human. She has a mild prey drive and is curious about cats so she will need more practice with this Snow White likes to cuddle with you or lay down with you, wherever you may be or whatever you may be doing. She is a sweet and curious dog who wants to explore the world. She is young and willful which means she will need a strong leader. Snow White will be happiest when she can be a part of her person's daily activities. Her family will need to be sure that Snow White feels like she is part of a close-knit group. She will need to be spayed, micro chipped, vaccinations complete, licensed in August and has a complete health workup. Miss Snow White is still growing her fur on her body from the neglect she was rescued from and some physical scars may still remain from her abuse. Dr seems to think she will grow into some of her scars. We have found lamb, duck and salmon work well for her or many of the limited ingredient foods. She will go home with her new family with all her medical records and DNA test results. Are you looking to add an energetic, beautiful, active, smart, loving girl to your family? What about a social companion ready for any adventure with you? Come see Miss Snow White! She is available for adoption through the Miss Gabriel Foundation. Adoption fee applies. This includes: Spay/Neuter Microchip Dog License Current All Vaccinations Current Heart Worm Prevention Current Flea/Tick Prevention Current De-wormed DNA Test Result Package Complimentary Wellness Exam Complimentary Dog Training Lesson In April 2019 we took this rescue to our vet over an inconsistent limp and it showed mild hip dysplasia. Proper low weight, modified exercise and joint supplements will allow her to live a nice healthy old age no problems.
