Meet Red! He is a 5 year old dauschund that is in need of some serious TLC! He was part of cruelty seizure and when I got him he was covered in poop! His ears and his whole body and tail looked like someone had just rubbed it all over him. He is a very sweet dog, good with kids, cats and dogs. He appears to be housebroken and is crate trained. ChiCha is part of a bonded pair. She is 16, mostly blind we think and needs to be adopted with her partner Mack, both females. Mack is a corgi mix. She is sweet and old, she just hangs out and sleeps with her friend. Spayed and needs a place to retire.

I would like to be the only dog in the home along with Duke. What do you think about cats? I have no history, but I may do okay with cats with slow and careful introductions. So how do you feel about kids? I need an adult only home, I am very sensitive to handling.What's your energy level like? I have a medium energy level. What is it that staff and volunteers love about you? I can be nervous at first, but once I warm up I am very sweet!** Here is what a volunteer said about me and my friend, Duke:"They are sweet dogs. A little nervous at first, but once they know you, very easy to walk. Will definitely follow you anywhere once trained." **Is there anything else we should know about you? I am 6 years old and I weigh 8-11 pounds.I do have a medical waiver that the staff will discuss with you.I came into the shelter as a surrender and the above information is all recommendations based on my previous history and the behavior seen at the shelter. Expect to learn more about me after adoption.It is unknown how this animal will do in their new home as all animals can be different with each person. Meet Tess, this little lady is such a sweet cuddle bug. Her most favorite thing in the world is a large soft bed to snuggle up in. She claimed the largest bed in her fosters home and whenever she is not hanging out with the other dogs in the home they can always find her snoozing in her bed. Tess is currently in a foster home with other dogs, large and small and also a cat and she does great with everyone. If you are searching for a well behaved little companion to snuggle up with at the end of every day look no further! Tess is your girl. Meet Tommy, Tommy is a sweet easy going gentlemen of a dog. He is about 5 years old and about 25-30 pounds. He is dog friendly and ok with kids who are respectful of his age and gentleness. He is good on leash, prefers non dominant other dogs and prefers females but has lived with both happily. He likes to play some but really likes to walk, be loved on and hang out with his person!
