Story

Bella is an easy going 9 year old Walker Hound Mix. We rescued her a little over 8 years ago. She is good with older children. She loves car rides. She needs a secure yard. She’s loyal and a good watch dog. Has a deep sounding voice that doesn’t match her size. Takes some time to get to know people. We are downsizing and moving out of the area and are unable to take her with us. Loves to play fetch. Still active for her age. If you keep her inside you will need to get medication for her incontinence that developed from her spaying. One pill smashed up a day in her food and she’s good. It is called Proin and you can get it from your vet. We get her’s at Country Animal hospital here in Hermiston. Nothing fancy when it comes to her food. Current on her rabies shots. But none of the others because we don’t board our dogs. She is in great health. Microchipped but never got hooked up with it. Still attached with rescue agency we adopted her from.

I tend to be friendly and excitable with people and may have a hard time listening in new situations because of my exuberance.I am a strong dog who needs consistent, positive training and structure, but I am very people-oriented and will be happiest when I can be a part of my person's daily activities.My excitability may not make me a good candidate for dog parks and my owner should take precautions when introducing me to other dogs, However I'm easy going, sweet, and I get along with most everyone. No point in you looking any further-I think I'm pretty close to perfect. If you can provide me with daily exercise, routine, and a little bit of training, I think I could be a great match for you.
