Story
This boy was thrown away. He came to my house, after wandering in the neighborhood for about a week. He was starving, and almost hairless. We treated him, and fattened him up. I have a female APBT, and they get along great. I have noticed sometimes he shows dominance with male dogs. He loves our cat and her kittens, not sure about other cats. He is a very loving boy. I just wanted to get some health on him, as well as hair, before trying to rehome him.

Story
Please contact Jeff Tarpley (JEFFnTEXARKANA@aol.com) for more information about this pet.Jericho is a male tan terrier mix pup with wirey hair. He came to rescue 6/12/2019 along with 6 litter mates, 4-5 weeks old at that time, and mom, Tamina, from Bossier City Animal Control. These are the WWE puppies!! There is an irony to their names because they are gentle, shy kids, but they love to wrestle! Jericho turns heads with his good looks. He is a social guy who loves attention. Jericho wants to be someone’s little sidekick. He is quite affectionate. Jericho gets along with other dogs. At 7 months old Jericho weighs 16 pounds. He will probably be about a 20-30 pound adult. Jericho is neutered and has completed his full set of puppy vaccinations including rabies. He is crate trained and seems to have his potty training totally down pat. He has zero leash experience. Mom Tamina (pictured) is a sweet, socially awkward wire-haired terrier mix weighing about 19 pounds. The adoption fee for this fully vetted older puppy is only $150.Must apply: Application for adoption is located at http://fs19.formsite.com/JeffTarpleyRescue/application/index.htmlJeff Tarpley Rescue, Inc.903-490-2959Find us on Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/jefftarpleyrescue/

Story
Please contact Jeff Tarpley (JEFFnTEXARKANA@aol.com) for more information about this pet.Rayon is a female white with black and tan markings Rat Terrier or Rat-Chi mix. She is 2 years old and she weighs 9 pounds. Rayon is spayed and vaccinated including rabies. She tested heartworm negative and is receiving monthly heartworm prevention. She is ready for adoption. Rayon is a social, friendly pup, though a teensy bit shy. This girl almost always wears her ears up! Rayon is gentle and loving and enjoys people and other dogs. She is also very alert to her surroundings. Rayon and friends came from a hoarding situation, so she is polishing up her potty training but doing pretty well. She has no experience with a leash but might be open to it. Rayon should make a wonderful pet with a little time for adjustment. Adoption fee is $250. All adoption fees are nonrefundable. Story
Please contact Jeff Tarpley (JEFFnTEXARKANA@aol.com) for more information about this pet.Li’l Miss (mother), and Mattie (daughter) are a female BONDED PAIR of black pugs. Mom appears to be full pug and Mattie is a mix. They are 6 and 3 years old, and weigh 15 and 12 pounds. Both ladies are spayed and vaccinated including rabies. They tested heartworm negative and are receiving monthly heartworm prevention. Li’l Miss has just had a dental and a fatty lipoma removed from her tail. They are ready for adoption together. Li’l Miss and her daughter Mattie are super smart, good-natured girls. They get along well and like to sleep together. Li’l Miss and Mattie can be taken anywhere. They are well-adjusted to social situations and meeting people, and nothing much seems to bother them. Li’l Miss and Mattie have gotten along with other dogs in their foster home. The girls love to go walking but they are a bit all over the place! They are very well potty trained and crate trained, needing very little time to adjust to new schedules or routines. These two would make any home a happier place. Adoption fee is $300 for the pair. All adoption fees are nonrefundable.
