Story
Roscoe is a wonderful Rottie that enjoys playing with other dogs but also likes to have time to himself. He is very loving and can be protective at times. Most of the interactions with other dogs happen at dog parks or the vet. For whatever reason most dogs are intimidated by his size and tend to become defensive around him. This does not take away from his loving and caring nature. He appreciates short walks and a fair amount of attention. My wife and I have two small children and that has taken away from the amount of attention that we can provide to Roscoe. I begrudgingly decided to move forward with finding him a new home due to the lack of attention we can provide him. He is in the senior stage of life and hasn't received the proper amount of love that I would like to give him. I would like to find him the right owner that will be able to treat him the way I wish I could. This process is difficult for our family so, knowing that he'll be happy will reassure us.

Patsy is 8 years old and the sweetest girl on the planet. She loves to play fetch and thinks she is a lap dog with no regards to her actual size :) I have had Patsy since she was a puppy and I was a single man living in an area with lots of room to run and the extra time to take her on walks and to the dog park, etc. I am now married with a 3 year old son and a baby on the way. My wife and I love Patsy but we are not able to give her the attention she needs. I tried to get my parents to take her and they would, but have 4 animals of their own which makes things hard. I refuse to surrender her to the pound, and would like to make sure she has a caring home to go to.

Admiral wins the heart of everyone he meets. He's in a foster home in Austin, Texas with our most experienced foster, Frank. Frank has been working with Admiral with the help of a trainer, and Admiral has learned some great skills that will help him be a terrific pet. Check out the video! On walks, Admiral is easy to handle and just loves being out. He's a little scared of traffic and we'd love to see him find a home in a quiet neighborhood. Jinxy loves the outdoors And is really good with kids and other pets! She has helped raise 6 orphaned baby goats. She has a mother instinct. She is super calm. She loves the outdoors. She really likes people too. When we take her to the dog park she visits every human just to get a pet. She has lived with cats too! She is the beat dog we’ve ever had and the only reason we have to find a new home is because we have a family member that is allergic and we didn’t know. We moved and lost her paperwork but she is a full breed Boxer. She is small for her breed though.

My son and my ex husband got Chance 3 years ago off of Craigslist where apparently he was rescued off the street. Unfortunately they didn’t have a plan in place for when my son went away to college. My ex husband took Chance to the pound in Abilene. I rescued Chance from the pound. He needs his forever home! He is the sweetest, most loving, docile dog! He never makes a sound and doesn’t bark ever! He is house and crate trained and super smart! He would make a great companion for someone!! Please give Chance a good and loving home!
