Patsy is 8 years old and the sweetest girl on the planet. She loves to play fetch and thinks she is a lap dog with no regards to her actual size :) I have had Patsy since she was a puppy and I was a single man living in an area with lots of room to run and the extra time to take her on walks and to the dog park, etc. I am now married with a 3 year old son and a baby on the way. My wife and I love Patsy but we are not able to give her the attention she needs. I tried to get my parents to take her and they would, but have 4 animals of their own which makes things hard. I refuse to surrender her to the pound, and would like to make sure she has a caring home to go to.

Athena`s foster reports:`She is mostly a couch potato but that is not for lack of energy. Miss Athena gets the zoomies in the morning, loves her babies, and plays well with other dogs. She does well with my 2 larger dogs and has not had any issues with the porch cats we feed. She is not crated at night. She will either sleep in the laundry room or on the couch. She does not chew on things but she will steal shoes and sleep with them. I am assuming because they smell like her people. She loves loving and will nudge you if she wants more.`

Admiral wins the heart of everyone he meets. He's in a foster home in Austin, Texas with our most experienced foster, Frank. Frank has been working with Admiral with the help of a trainer, and Admiral has learned some great skills that will help him be a terrific pet. Check out the video! On walks, Admiral is easy to handle and just loves being out. He's a little scared of traffic and we'd love to see him find a home in a quiet neighborhood. Admiral loves going to the river and splashing around. He likes toys, and he loves treats. Admiral will make a wonderful companion for an experienced dog owner.

I need a home for Sadie! She is a Rottie mix and just the sweetest most lovable girl. We think she is about 10 years old. I adopted her 2 years ago from a young man struggling with addiction. I have another dog that is a handful and I travel a lot so I just don’t have the time for another dog. The only issue I’ve had with Sadie is going after little dogs. She sees them as prey, so she would not be good for a home with very small dogs. My neighbors have tiny dogs and this has been an issue. She is fine with older children. she hesitates when going up or down stairs, but is fine once she gets going, so maybe a bit of arthritis is happening. She runs and plays just fine. she weighs 80 lbs. I have a male chocolate lab and they get along perfectly. Sadie is happy, behaves very well, gets along great with medium to large dogs,and loves attention! She loves riding in the car, belly rubs and laying in the sun! She is spayed, up to date on shots.

Looking to rehome this sweet boy. We originally took him in to sort of foster and find a new family to prevent him from going to the shelter. He grew on us but he definitely needs someone that is able to spend more time training him and playing with him. He’s about 8 months old and very energetic so someone that can take him on walks and maybe someone with a yard for him to run around in would be ideal. I’m not sure I would recommend a home with small children, he’s sweet and will sit and let you pet but once you stop he jumps up on your for more. He gets a little skiddish with new people at first but soon after smelling he just wants to play. Also, he tends to “talk back” and let you know when he wants attention, so someone that can be understanding and amused by this. He has so much love to offer! We need to go back to our original plan of finding a new home due to our schedules and the lack of space in our small apartment.
