Story
Hello, Buddy was adopted from a bad home at birth and picked up from someone who was selling German Rottweilers. I instantly fell in love with such a kind hearted crazy puppy! Buddy has stayed with my family for almost 2 years, but recently the landlord is demanding we get rid of Buddy. I love him with all of my heart, I don’t care about money, or anything relating to money. I’m looking for a loving home. He’s a protector, and may not be friendly at first, but he’s never attacked anyone and is extremely loyal. Losing him is a really sad feeling but I am left with no choice. Just to reinstate that Buddy May be aggressive on the first meet, I’ve never tested him with other dogs, or other people. So experience is necessary. He isn’t a very large Rottweiler and he is so fun and creative, extremely intelligent and know how to sit, stay, lay down, and play fetch.

Story
Look how hunky and handsome I am! This boy is the absolute sweetest.  He lives for face scratches...and food!  He was extremely underweight but is now a healthy weight at 80 pounds.  His skin and coat are gorgeous, and his low back/hips seem to be feeling better because he is playing and can now get up on the couch.  He just wants love and attention...and a comfortable place to rest his head.  He has such an easy going temperment.  Loves his daily walks and good meeting new people on his walks. Dog friendly (with medium to large dogs), people friendly, kid friendly, house trained, crate trained.  He's a little 'too interested' in cats and small dogs. Barber is a sweet eight-year-old Rottweiler mix that came into a local shelter as a stray on 10/15. Just look into his eyes and you could tell he was sad and longing for a good home. Barber had some hair loss down the the center of his back and his tail. He is slightly arthritic in his back legs. Judging from the calluses on his elbows he has probably spent most of his life outside. This sweet, sweet senior needed out of the shelter and on to a better life than he’s obviously known thus far. I absolutely fell in love with this precious boy and I know you will too. He is very calm and gentle and chooses to stay close to his human friend. He is very loving. He gives kisses. He sits for treats. He wants to please. Barber is waiting to go home with you. Story
I look at Bryer and wonder if he will ever get his happily furever after, if he will ever have a family to call his own. Nobody wants an old black dog with a missing eye, nobody wants a street dog who hasn’t had any human contact for most of his life, nobody wants a dog whose soul needs to be healed. People want young fluffy dogs, adorable silly puppies, dogs they can do activities with, dogs they can cuddle with- dogs who will bring them joy and whom they will love in return. Nobody wants to love a dog who won’t reciprocate the affection because we all love a selfish love so dogs like Bryer stand no chance All Dallas DogRRR adoptable pets are spayed or neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines upon finalizing adoption.  The standard minimum donation for puppies is $325 + 8.25% tax =  $351.81, for dogs over 12 months the adoption fee is $225 + 8.25% tax = $243.66 and for our senior dogs 8 years and up is $100 + 8.25% tax = $108.25; this increase includes sales tax recently required by the State of Texas to collect.  You can view all the adoptable pets and fill out an adoption application online on our website at http://dallasdogrrr.org.  For more information, you can email adopt@dallasdogrrr.org.   Upon receiving your application please allow us 2-3 business days to review and process. Story
Buddy currently lives with 2 cockerspanials, 2 cats and 2 humans, and is loved by all. He is an energetic 3 year old that plays well with all of us. Buddy loves to run and play. . He is fed Purina Dry dog food and an occasional can of wet food.. Buddy also enjoys his milkbone daily. He has a wonderful sweet attitude, loves to walk on leash , and go for car rides. Buddy does not like to be left alone for long periods of time. .if you have any questions, just ask. I am having to give Buddy up due to my physical health problems. Buddy came to us through Pet Smart in Alliance. BUDDY needs a loving family, that has time to spend with him.

Story
Hi! My name is Duke! I am an energetic, loving, oversized lap dog. I have never met a stranger I did not like- as long as they are willing to give me all of their attention! I am willing to do just about anything as long as I can be with you - walks, cuddles, playtime, naps, you name it! I do not like to be isolated from you but I seem to manage just fine in my kennel while you are away. I love treats just as much as I love people and I will do just about anything for them. I am really good at sitting, going outside to potty, knowing when to go in the kennel, and giving lots of lovin'. I need a home where I am the only doggie and no kitties. Don't worry...I will be all that you need! I can be your companion, running partner, snuggle bug, Netflix buddy, and all around best friend! Duke is fun and energetic, needing plenty of daily exercise!Adoption Fee: $200.00Prior to an adoption, all of our animals will have received a thorough Veterinary exam, and received any treatment needed for any illnesses or injuries they may have incurred prior to their Rescue. They have also been spayed or neutered, dewormed, received all core vaccines and have been given Microchip IDs! Each animal has also been receiving monthly flea/tick/heartworm/ear-mite preventatives. Please visit our website for more information about our organization and to read more about our adoption process! www.muttsandmayhem.orgFor more information on how to Adopt Duke, please visit http://muttsandmayhem.org/adopt.htm

Story
We could write a novel about Freya but will try and leave it short and sweet. Freya is our honorary shelter mascot. She has been with us for 6 months due to issues with her leg. Freya will need an adopter who is committed to getting her the vet care for her hips that she will possibly need in the near future. Freya is on pain medication daily as well as weight management food. She knows how to make us all smile with her seal walk, her kisses, and zoomies around the shelter. Freya is about 6 years old, picky with her friends (meet and greet with other family dogs required), not a fan of female dogs, and is a good car buddy. Call us today to make an appointment to come meet Freya. The adoption fee for this pet is $75. This cost includes spay/neuter, microchip, and all vaccines.
