Story
Summer is a Pit/Lab mix, roughly 6, and was adopted as a stray puppy on, Guam, before moving out to Washington with her original owner, who was a co-worker of mine. After he passed away in March'18, I brought Summer into my life to get her into a stable environment. Summer can be just as energetic as she can be relaxed and easy going, and has a generally happy nature, with a fairly even temperament. An easy going home with stability would be ideal along with space for her to expend energy(i.e. yards). Hasn't had any major behavioral issues, with exception of being reactive towards other dogs, but that has calmed down quite a bit with work to socializer her more. Went through house breaking issues at first, leftover from her previous environment, but those have been worked through. I've given her a loving home, but work/relocation in the near future will prevent me from continuing to be that stability for her. If I had to sum her up, it would be she's a Good Dog!

Story
Scout is about 65 pounds, will be 6 years old in January but still has the energy of a puppy! I adopted him in 2016 from a shelter in San Antonio, TX. The shelter had him down as a shepherd/lab mix; however, I did my own DNA test on him earlier this year and the results were a mix of American Pit Bull, Rhodesian Ridgeback, German Shepherd, and Chow Chow. Scout is such a loving boy. He loves everyone! He’s great with strangers, babies, and kids. He gets very excited around new people and has a tendency to jump. He would need an experienced owner when introducing him to other dogs. He will warm up after a while but initially he may be uncomfortable. I have never had him around cats so I do not know how he would be with a cat. All I can tell you is that whenever we would see a cat roaming outside he’d want to chase it. Scout needs a home with a family who can exercise him regularly. He loves to be outside and loves to run.

Story
Daisy is a very sweet and loving girl. She is a short coat, short and stocky pitbull who weighs around 95lbs. The family estimate her age around 7 years, they got her from a rescue type situation a few years ago. They got her after she was left at a foreclosed house.   Although older, she is very energetic when playing, but is also the perfect cuddle buddy/couch potato. Her absolute favorite things to play are tug of war & fetch, although she likes to be chased to get the ball back.Daisy LOVES swimming and the sunshine. She would swim all day everyday if she could. She absolutely hates the rain and cold and cannot be around fireworks or firearms. She is crate trained & will kennel when you need her to. She does not need it if left home alone.  Daisy has been raised around kids ranging from babies-teens. She would do best with older children that are passed the tail pulling/climbing on stage. She is fine with cats if they are not aggressive towards her. She is also fine around chickens and other small animals. She would need to be the only dog in the home and not be taken to free roam dog parks or anything like that. For almost two years, she was fine with their other dog. One day out of nowhere that changed, and now they cannot even be in the vicinity of each other. She does not like other dogs through fences and such. She really needs to be the only dog and an owner that can focus on her. Her family really do love her and giving her up, especially at her age is heartbreaking. They feel that they have exhausted literally every solution they could come up with to get the dogs to get along.
