Story

This was my father and mother's cat. My mom passed 6 years ago and my dad just recently. Cat is stray adopted. Quirky and erratic. At times nice and other times not friendly. In process of estate settling. All children and family live far from Adirondacks and unable to adopt. Cat is about 12 yrs old. Please let me know what options we have. Story

In the last photo, you can see Bindi with her sister ET (Elizabeth Taylor). They were rescued together from horrible conditions as kittens. They are the last of 14 kittens. They had lice and fleas and had been attacked by Turkey Vultures and pelted with rocks from cruel neighbors whenever they attempted to search for food. They weighed less than 6 ounces at first. Bindi is a PURR MACHINE! She is shy at first and it takes a bit of patience before she shows her true colors, but then.... she will roll around on the floor nearby to elicit any petting you can offer! She even grabs your hand as you try to pull away. Her sister ET is much more shy. She is frightened and will even hiss at you as you reach in to pet her, but will sit quietly and even fall asleep on your hand as you do so! Please see ET's profile as well. It is my sincerest hope to adopt them together. They love to play and will chase after little toys with delight. Please consider adopting them together.
