Story
[PLEASE NOTE Cats in these pictures, may or may not be available for adoptions] Cat Rescue & Adoption Network foster families give their kitties lots of TLC and attention. Because of that, we have very well socialized cats that are readily adopted. We always need more fosters to help fulfill our mission of helping rescue special needs animals. Fosters are provided with all the food, bedding and litter the cat needs. We also pay all their medical expenses. Your part is to give them love and attention and how hard can that be? This is the perfect opportunity to have a pet without a life time commitment. Fostering lasts anywhere from one week to several months and YOU get to choose whether you foster bottle babies, kittens or adult cats AND how many. If you live in the Eugene/Springfield, Oregon area and have love to spare for these kitties, please call 541-225-4955 or fill out a foster application by following this link.

Story
Feral working cats available! Eco-friendly, 100% natural, organic, non-toxic pest control solution for your rodent problems. Do you have a property that needs their talons and talents? Our healthy, neutered, vaccinated, feral working cats are eager to stalk prey for you. They are not socialized to people and won't usually make friends with you or even let you touch them; they just want to do their jobs and be cats. Delivery, coaching and equipment can be provided but you will be responsible for the cats' daily care. Adoption fee is a suggested donation of $45 per cat. If you can provide safe shelter away from dangerous roads; daily food and clean water; and the month required to care for them in confinement to acclimate them to their new home please visit our website to apply. Story
MADDY is a darling 13-year-old lady with a luxurious grey and white tuxedo coat, a white blaze, sage-green eyes, and an adorable half mustache on the right side of her face. Maddy is a very affectionate gal who loves to snuggle up with her foster humans. Maddy is the kind of friend who won’t judge you when you just feel like staying in. She is quite supportive in fact, and is a proud couch potato herself. She is a great companion for watching tv or movies, she wants to watch whatever your watching and won’t talk during your favorite scene. All she wants is to keep your lap warm and cozy while you veg out together. Maddy is a loving lady who adores her foster humans and her siblings dearly. Maddy and her two sweet siblings BJ and Maisy came to our cat rescue group after their human passed away. They are incredibly bonded, and after going through the loss of their person, it is essential that they are adopted together. We are offering a special adoption fee $150 for the bonded pair. Maddy is the best friend everyone needs in their life, could you be the caring friend she’s been waiting for? Maddy has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), spayed, microchipped, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, and includes a free vet wellness exam. To meet Maddy in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy at either Eugene PetSmart location. A volunteer will contact you within 1-3 days for a possible meet and greet. The adoption fee allows us to continue to help other cats in need. For more information, send an email to AdoptInfo@CatRescues.org or call 541-225-4955 option 1. Story
We have to rehome our cat (black and white) as we are having to move and the new place won’t take pets. She is mostly indoors but also likes to go outside 1-2 times a day. She is 15 years old so she is a calmer cat. She has a lot of life left in her. When given the chance she does like to snuggle on a lap and to be petted. She will signal when she is done being petted. She is typical for a cat where she likes a mix of doing her own thing and then some connection. She has had regular vet visits and is up to date on shots. She has been spayed and has never had kittens. She has a bend in her tail that the vet said she likely had since birth and is not broken. We rescued her from people giving her away at Walmart when she was a kitten but unfortunately we don’t get to see her through her final years. She has her food dishes; water jug dish; favorite blanket; plenty of food and some shampoo.

Story
DIMON is an affectionate male black panther with a cute kinked tail, about 10 months old. He can be a bit shy when meeting new people, but once he warms up to you, he is extremely sweet. He loves to have his face scratched and will purr, make biscuits, and rub his face against you when he sits on your lap. You can win Dimon over by sitting on the floor with him and offering him treats and pets. Dimon and his brother were rescued from the streets in rough shape and taken in to our cat rescue group for care and fostering. Dimon had an eye infection in his right eye that was treated but the eye remained a bit cloudy after it healed. He can still see just fine with that eye and it doesn’t affect him at all! Dimon has an illness that causes some mouth ulcers, feline eosinophilic granuloma plaque which requires daily medication. He will need a low-stress environment to help keep him healthy. Dimon is a sweet boy who will reward your patience with love and devotion. Dimon has been tested for feline leukemia and FIV (negative), neutered, microchipped, vaccinated, defleaed and dewormed, and includes a free vet wellness exam. To meet Dimon in foster, submit an adoption application for consideration at CatRescues.org/Adopt or a paper copy at either Eugene PetSmart location. A volunteer will contact you within 1-3 days for a possible meet and greet. The $120 adoption fee allows us to continue to help other cats in need.
