Story
Cleveland and Peanut are 5 year old brother and sister pair. Cleveland is a gentle giant. He loves to cuddle up with us in the evenings on the couch and always sleeps in bed with us. He loves his independence and is an indoor/outdoor cat but always comes home before bedtime. Peanut is a sweetheart lap cat. She loves to be close to us all the time. She is also and indoor/outdoor cat but prefers to be inside rather than out. They are being bullied by the older cat in our home which is causing then to go outside the litterbox. We believe they would be best suited to be the only pets in the home. It breaks our hearts to rehome them but it isn’t fair for the bullying to continue. Both of these cats are very sweet and deserve a loving and safe home.

Story
We rescued Toby when he was about 6 months old. Even though he was the cutest little kitten he was placed in a cage behind the door so many people didn’t even know he was back there. He is such a handsome boy. He likes people but doesn’t like to be held. He has been around children for the past 6 years and has never once shown any aggression towards them.

Story
Nala is a friendly, 5ish year old cat, that was adopted with her brother from the humane society. After sometime, they stopped getting along, and Nala became very insecure and anxious indoors. We began letting her outside which seemed to help. She loves drinking from the sink, hunting, and relaxing. She will patrol for rodents and other pests for your whole neighborhood. Unfortunately, after becoming an outdoor cat, she is unable to be let outside anymore. She is having a hard time adjusting to her new life. Instances of not using the litter box have increased, and she hides from our other cat and dog. Our hope is that someone who can offer her a fresh start, life as an only cat, and the ability to let her outside again will give her a chance.

Story
We adopted Cruz in 2012 from the Greenville Humane Society when he was a kitten. He did great with our other cat and when we adopted a dog, the two of them got along well. We've since adopted another dog and his behavior has changed. Our new dog likes to herd Cruz and I believe this is causing him stress. We thought that maybe he would like to be an outdoor cat so that he would have more things to do and be around the new dog less, but he is not happy being an outside-only cat. On top of the imbalance in the house causing him stress, I am highly allergic to him. He loves to cuddle and is the most affectionate cat and I hate that I can't give him the love and attention he wants/needs because of my allergies. He does have his claws and is in great health. Loves to play and give little kisses on your nose or toes! He's truly such a wonderful cat and I think he would thrive in a household with another cat(s) and less energetic dog breeds.

Story
Pixie is a little over a year old. We got her in April of 2018 at 8 weeks old. She is very playful and loves to get into things, climb, and run around and play. She is very laid back with being touched, held, and she loves to cuddle. She has a lot of energy in between her “cat naps”. We want to find her a loving home who can enjoy her energy and give her the space and time she needs.
