Story
Ellie Mae is about three years old. I actually found her on Facebook. Someone local was looking for homes for kittens he had. Ellie Mae is a loving cat who loves attention. She loves a good head rubbing at night before bedtime. Ellie Mae greets me every morning in the bathroom where she gets her treat for the day! She is very spoiled! She is a playful cat. Unfortunately, I don't have the time to spend with her and play like she would like. For Ellie Mae I am looking for someone who will love her unconditionally and have time to spend with her. I would prefer her to be an inside cat because that is what she is use to. However, she still has her claws. Help give Ellie Mae a loving new home!

Story
My dog seems to have every stray cat follow him home. Mama got her name because when my husband took our 'cat magnet' for a walk, and she followed them home; she looked like she swallowed a basketball! I brought her in so she could have her babies and be protected from the outdoors. She had a litter of 4, I adopted them out. My intentions were to keep her. She was fearful of people, being a stray. She is tiny, I'm guessing she got pregnant her first heat. She has the squeakiest meow, that's her I'm so innocent meow. I'm sure once at the adoption agency she will get spayed; trust me, she sounds like a lion when she's in he. She loves to be loved and very gentle with her nails. You can hardly feel her on you because she is the size of a 6 month old kitten but I know she is about 1 1/2 years. She is a shy little girl and needs time to get to know her surroundings and other people. She is great with other cats, and adores dogs. I would recommend a more quiet home, laid back and quiet.

Penelope and her brother, Hamlet, are a bonded pair and are an interesting mix. They appear to be part sphynx cats. They came to the farm as kittens, but are hoping to find their forever home together! They are an adorable pair that love being together! They adore other cats, playing, and treats. Both have been altered and are up-to-date. Can you help us get them in a home together?

Story
Thank you for your interest in dog who needs a new home.  Adoption can be one of the most fulfilling experiences in your life and especially in the life of your new canine companion. A note to those looking at CPR.  We have no perfect dogs - but many of our dogs have proven to be perfect for a certain someone.  Our job is to find those someone's.  Our most successful adopters come to CPR not because they want a dog.  They come to us because they want to give a dog a home.  We urge all of our potential adopters not to fall in love with a picture.  While we like to know what you like in looks, a dog is more than a pretty face.  Our goal is to match you with the best possible pet for you and your home.  We want to create furever families.  Our descriptions contain all that we know about this dog today.  We'll update as more information is known.  Are you looking to adopt within the next 30 days?  If so please visit our webpage at www.carolinapoodlerescue.org and complete the application.  You'll find it in the menu on the left hand side.  You'll also find a total listing of all our dogs available.  Just browsing but interested in poodles and poodle mixes?  Please drop a note to applications@carolinapoodlerescue.org with your name, address and phone # and email.  We'll add you to our mailing list. thanks the CPR Adoption team   Date into Rescue: 8/17/2018 Reason for being in rescue: owner release/she's too rough on the dog Foster location: Dreamweaver Farms, Pacolet SC Special Needs? none noted Weight: Estimated 15 lb Height: 9" at the shoulder she's a big girl Spayed/Neutered: Yes Adoption Fee: $75 Fence needed? No What kind of home would be best for me? Just a home that will not mind a princess moving in and looking awesome. She is okay with other dogs but does try to play with them all the time. Giselle does like to roam a lot so she would need to be watched when doors are opening. Other than that she just needs a place to lounge and sleep!  What is my personality like? Who said black cats are bad luck? Don't let the silly superstition fool you, I only radiate love and cuddles! I'm not hyper, you won't see me stirring up any trouble but you can catch me sunbathing on a window sill or meowing to get your attention. So far I have gotten along just fine with cats, and dogs. I would love a forever home of my own. Estimated Birthdate: 3/2/2016.  Giselle enjoys sunning on the deck or playing around our office in the sunshine.    How do I act when I first meet new people? A little shy in new environments. Just give me time and baby talk me, I will come around.   House trained? Giselle uses her litter box.  In fact, she'll go outside, play, and then come inside and use her litter box.  Guess she's a girl who is used to indoor plumbing.   Please note - we do not ship dogs.  If you are interested in adopting, please take a look at the distance between the foster home location and your location and make sure you are willing to make that trip.  Most of our dogs are at our farm in Pacolet, South Carolina.   To apply, please visit our webpage at www.carolinapoodlerescue.org and visit the tab on the left that directions you to the online application. Please note that when screening applications, we look at the entire home and then make suggestions based on what would be a good fit for your home.   You are not being screened for a specific dog although we are looking to see what type of dog interests you - poodles or non poodles, color, age, etc.  Others here may be a better fit for you.  It is very difficult to get to know a living animal from a picture and a short description.  Since we are constantly getting in new dogs, this may be a  dog not in our listings yet.  We want you to be very happy with your new companion and will make suggestions based on what you tell us about you. Thank you for considering CPR.
