Story
Stella lives at my boyfriend's house. He has been taking care of Stella for his son who is no longer able to care for her and no one else in the family was willing to take her. Stella is a cat that wants her humans to be around, and she likes to snuggle and sleep at her humans feet. My boyfriend is rarely home, now that his kids are all grown. Stella does not like dogs. When my boyfriend is at home, I'm there with him, and I have my two dogs. She is quite unhappy with them, but I can't leave them behind either. So, we have a most unhappy Stella hiding to the basement, and she's started t omake her unhappiness known with the litter box. Cleaning up after her would be one thing, but my boyfriend is wanting to get the house ready for sale, and he has had enough and wants to put her down. He said she's had a good life. I'd take her in, but I'm half the cause of her misbehavior. I'm hoping for the alternative solution, which is re-homing her to someone who needs/wants to love on her.

Story
Jordy is the black and white cat in the photos. He's super energetic and LOVES people as well as other cats. Jordy can be a little bit of a handful sometimes, but he's great at sharing his affection with others. I adopted him as a stray when he was only about a month old. Now he's about 8 months and still trying to work out of that energetic kitten phase. Hades was adopted around the same age, but he is now almost 3 years old. While Jordy loves people, Hades is extremely timid. However, once he warms up to you, he's super affectionate. When he's not sleeping, Hades loves belly rubs and going for midnight walks. He's really good at walking on a leash, but he can get pretty frightened is he sees a dog or another person. Neither of the cats have been around dogs and while Jordy loves other cats, Hades is absolutely terrified of other cats (other than Jordy).

Mei is a very sweet cat. He was my former roomate's cat, and I lived with him for two years. Unfortunately, she did not want to take him with when we parted ways, and I find myself in a position where I can't care for him financially, due to some medical care he will need. But to anyone willing to take him in, he will be very sweet and affectionate! I am unsure exactly how old he is (likely around 5), and I believe he has never been taken to the vet.

Hello! This is Pixie! She is a great cat with a fun personality. She loves cuddles and naps. The reason why she is needing a new home is because she LOVES being outside. She is a huge hunter. She would do very well on a farm. Thats what we are looking for. She will get out of the house if we try and keep her in. She loves to follow the kids in the yard while they play. She runs with the neighbor cats at night. Her routine is out all night, then comes home early am and meows at the door. Comes inside & eats and takes a nap and then trys to escape again. She loves rolling in fresh snow and rolling on a side walk on a warm summer day. If she would stay inside we would keep her! She is a great cat and we love her. We want her to be in a home shes happy at.
