Story
Enoch is an angel. I found him on the side of a dirt road in October of 2017. I have no idea what bread he is. He does great in the car, and I’m positive he’d love going on long walks and hikes with someone strong enough to wrangle him. He knows basic commands and is house broken but will not hesitate to snatch something off a table or counter top. He’s very athletic, he can jump clear over a 4ft fence, which presented his biggest issue. He’s a very vocal dog and tends to be fearful of strangers. He’s never been aggressive towards anyone but will cower and bark. I put that he doesn’t do well with children but that isn’t entirely true. I think children over the age of 5 that have basic respect for animals would absolute love him as all he wants is to cuddle. He’s very unsure of my young daughter and has given her warning growls in the past. So toddlers are not a good fit for him. He also has taken to a few dogs, but if you have dogs already they’d have to meet a few times to be sure.

Story
Toby is a sweet ll.5 yr old orange and white boy who is bonded to his pal, Barney. They were owner surrenders as the family was moving.  Toby and Barney will be adopted together.  Toby is good with other dogs and cats. He has been an outside dog and former owner said he could dig under a fence. Since he has been in foster he has not attempted to dig out. Toby appears to not be able to hear. He follows Barney's lead. He has been an outside kennel dog and is working on house manners and crate training.  He is UTD on vaccines, neutered, HW negative and microchipped. Toby is being fostered in Tennessee and can be transported up to 1,400 miles with the adopter taking the last leg of the transport.  Toby's adoption fee is $200.00. Story
Hello, my name is Jasmine. My   "mom" of 12 and half years had to go into a nursing home and I  was surrendered to NBRAN.  I am housebroken (always lived indoors), spayed, heartworm free and up to date on vaccines. I recently had my teeth cleaned and two upper molars on each side pulled and my ears treated with medicine that works for 6-10 days. I got an At from the vet on Jan 30. (gums healed and ear canals clear). I may be a senior but I am very strong and I don't much like a leash. I have a beautiful Brittany run which I use to check out the big back yard at my foster mom;s house. I do have trouble hearing but it is a little better and I don't see real clearly as I have cataracts. I never get on furniture even if I am invited but I do like a cushy dog bed, one in the living room and one in the bedroom near my person's bed. I sleep all night. I am not crate trained but I do not tear stuff up and do not counter surf. I am respectful of other dogs and love to play chase with my foster mom's grand dog. I don't think I ever met a cat so who knows, but my neighbors very tiny dog became my friend. Jasmine can be very anxious and takes composure pro to cal her down(she paces around a lot when she is anxious). She has a heart murmur left chamber, vision and hearing loss. She isn't concentrating her urine although kidneys appear healthy. She drinks a lot of water and goes out about every 2 to 3 hours. Water is taken up at night and she sleeps 7-8 hr without having to go out. She does not bark very much and runs to the door when she needs to go out. We are working on hand signals for sit command for treats and for leash but not 100% yet, possibly because of hearing loss but hand signals are being given.  She is currently eating homemade dog food and also a cup twice a day of 4 Health for mature dogs obtained at Tractor Supply. She loves the kibble and should not have any trouble going on it for all food. She eats very fast so she may need a slo-bowl. For more information contact settertown@aol.com

Story
Well hello there! I’m Britta and I’m 10.5 years old.  I am ½ of an amazing pair of Brittanys and we are looking for our forever home…. TOGETHER.  My sister Becca and I used to live outside all the time but since we’ve lived in foster care we’ve learned to love to be inside and hang with our people.  We like all people...me especially and I will stick by your side, follow you around the house, sit beside you on the couch and snuggle with you in bed. I like to be taken for walks, but I get excited and pull on the leash.  Walks are exciting…what can I say?  I also like toys…stuffies are the best.  I like to unstuff them.  I have a high prey drive so I shouldn’t live with a cat. My sister Becca and I would love a home where it’s just us and our humans.  More love for us.   We are very active for our age and love to run outside.  Don't be fooled by the white in our face...we are young at heart! I used to have nasty heart worms in me, but NBRAN got me all fixed up and they are gone.  I am spayed, up to date on all my vaccinations and overall very healthy.  So if you are looking for aperfect pair of Brittanys to join your family….we are your girls.  We will only go to our new home together…. together forever!  Our adoption fee, as we are seniors, is $200 US each but if you are a senior too it’s $100 US each.  We are located near London, Ontario, Canada but NBRAN can transport us up to 2200 kms or 1400 miles.  If you are interested, please submit an application and our people will get in touch with you.  http://www.nbran.org/adopt/adoption-application For more information about Britta (and Becca) please contact sandratoal18@gmail.com We will NOT consider splitting up this pair. They have been together their entire lives.

Story
Hi there!  It's me...Becca!  I am ½ of an amazing pair of Brittanys and we are looking for our forever home…. TOGETHER.  My sister Britta and I used to live outside all the time but now we know what it’s like to sleep inside and we like it! I like to sleep in the room with my people but prefer a dog bed on the floor beside you.  I like people, but I like my own space too.  (you can cuddle with my sister though!)  I like to be outside and watch the birds and the critters.  We have a doggie door and a huge fenced yard so I can come and go so a fenced yard for me is a must.  I love to eat.  I was very sick when I had heart worms and was skinny…but I’m better now and I’m making up for lost time.  I love to take your socks and to steal things off the counter when foster mom isn’t looking.  I also pull on a leash when I walk.  Hey…no one is perfect right?  Like my sister Britta I'm pretty zippy for my age so I like walks and running outside to burn some steam. I like my foster family, but I can be nervous around new people that come to the house.  I just bark at them a bit…that’s all.  Foster mom says I'm "discriminating".  I am spayed, up to date on all my vaccinations and overall very healthy.  So if you are looking for a great couple of Brittanys to join your family….we are your girls.  We will only go to our new home together…. together forever!  Our adoption fee, as we are seniors, is $200 US each or if you are a senior too it’s $100 US each.  We are located near London, Ontario, Canada but NBRAN can transport us up to 2200 kms or 1400 miles.  If you are interested, please submit an application and our people will get in touch with you.  http://www.nbran.org/adopt/adoption-application For more information about Becca (and Britta) please contact sandratoal18@gmail.com We will NOT consider splitting up this pair.
