Story
Mat was picked up in December 2019 just before Christmas on Hwy 25 in Hollister, he was running with his sibling Molly, had they not been picked up by a kind caring person, who knows what their fate would have been. They are most definitely a bonded pair of puppies, and must be adopted together. As they are Rat Terriers they will require a person/family with lots of time to exercise and train them both.

Story
Oreo is a 5-year-old Parson Terrier mix. He came from the SJACShelter, he was a stray that was brought in with a chest wound. He can be a little shy, but warms up quickly, on the whole a very sweet dog; once he knows you he will jump in our lap and give you kisses. Oreo deserves a loving home where a family really cares for him. Look at that big smile he is all ready for Halloween. . Oreo does not care for certain dogs (best with smaller ones, laid back female, BUT NO CATS. He would be BEST IN A HOME AS THE ONLY DOG. Best in a home with children 9 years and upwards. Oreo weighs 15.2lbs It is best that the family who adopts him has a solid wood fence in good condition. Oreo's recent visits to the vet went very well, he totally ignored the house cat and other dogs in the waiting room, which is a good sign. When he is on a leash, he concentrates on just that. We would love for Oreo to get adopted he has been with the rescue since March 2017. Let's give him a chance, he is a good dog.

Story
Oreo is an adorable 6year-old Parson Terrier mix. He came from the SJACShelter, he was a stray that was brought in with a chest wound. That was in 2017, he is still looking for someone to see how great a little dog he can be. He can be a little shy, but warms up quickly, on the whole a very sweet dog; once he knows you he will jump in our lap and give you kisses. Oreo deserves a loving home where a family really cares for him. Look at that big smile. Oreo does not care for other dogs or cats, BEST IN A HOME AS THE ONLY DOG AND NO CATS. Oreo is fence reactive, in other words if there is a dog on the other side of a fence he may bark. A wood fence in the yard is the best placement for Oreo. When Oreo is on a leash is focus is just that, he is not interested in other dogs or cats, his recent visit to a vet clinic, he totally ignored the house cat and other dogs in the waiting room. Oreo weighs 15.2lbs.

Story
Hi, This is Curry, she is a loving, loyal and energetic 3 year old dog. She has been a part of our family for about 2 & 1/2 years. She loves to play outside, go for walks, play tug of war, and play fetch. She has had some professional training & knows all of her basic commands, come, sit stay etc. She is also trained to not pull on the leash when out walking, which makes walking her very enjoyable! We have loved having curry as a part of our family but, sadly I have developed some severe skin allergies to her dander, and we are desperate to find her a loving forever home. Ideal adopters would have time to walk her once or twice a day. Have a decent size backyard for her to play in, and possibly other dogs for her to play with. Please message me with any questions you have about Curry.
