Story
We are looking for a permanent, loving home for our two affectionate dogs, Raja and Pinky. They are brothers from the same litter, about 6 years old. They are fully vaccinated Pitbull Terriers. We are unable to provide them with the love and attention they need and are desperately hoping to rehome them together as soon as possible, but are willing to separate, if necessary.

Story
Paddy My family rescued Paddy 7 years ago. He is about 8 years old He is very affectionate, sensitive and extremely intelligent and understands many commands. He is an excellent guard dog and does not have any separation anxiety but can be temperamental with other dogs and has not been exposed to small children. My wife and I have retired and moved to a new community, which is not compatible with Paddy’s personality. Although it breaks our hearts to leave Paddy, we feel that it would be best for him to be part of a loving more stable home, involving less separation, and space more suitable to his temperament.

Story
**I am fostering Silas through the South County Tail Waggers rescue group.** Silas is 100% sweetheart. It’s true – everyone who meets him comments on what a sweet boy he is. Silas is a senior pittie mix with the gentlest soul, the kindest eyes and a heart of gold. Despite a tough life, he could not be a better dog. He is house trained, loves to go for walks and is the perfect buddy to watch movies with you on the couch. He loves meeting people and getting pets (especially behind the neck!). He is easy-going and never barks. Silas was scheduled to be put down when we picked him up from the shelter. He was underweight and scared but still had his loving spirit. He has put on plenty of weight and is now one happy, healthy boy! He is good with children and is not dog or cat aggressive. He is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his vaccines. He recently had a dental cleaning, so is all good there. I am working on crate training and other basic obedience commands.

Story
Meet Holly! She is friendly, spunky, and full of life! She was diagnosed with diabetes, which her former owner left untreated. She was brought into our Animal Hospital to be euthanized for this completely manageable condition. We spoke with her former owner and she agreed that she would rather relinquish her rights and allow us to rehome Holly. We are looking for a new home that is prepared to give her insulin injections twice daily, keep an eye on her weight, and give her tons of love. She is the most loving dogs we have met and has quickly become attached to our hospital staff. She is eager to try and play with every dog that passes by (but not cats!)
