Story
All of our foster dogs are kept in individual homes.  Go to our website Bayareasiberian.org to get the foster home contact if you do not see it in the bio.Quinn Mae is a sweet and an active young adult.  (18months old) We think she is siberian with some herding dog (smooth coated collie?? some type of herding dog) in there. She is also crate trained She does bark when she gets excited, and loves to run as much as possible. She loves to play fetch (which is unusual for a siberian) She will chase a ball all day like a herding breed but doens't want to give the ball back like a siberian.   She loves to do the zoomies around the back yard. She loves to play with another dog that wants to play. She also can figure out some boundries but will keep trying to play with the other dog even if they are tired until she is told off byt he other dog.  She can sit, down, give paw and soon more as we have time. Being food motivated should make that a bit easier. She play ok with children but we would not recommend her with small children since she is active. She would be good in a very active family or a family that needs an active dog to keep another similar sized and play level or larger dog company.Go to BAYAREASIBERIAN.org for contact information on the foster dog.

Story
All of our foster dogs are kept in individual homes.  Go to our website Bayareasiberian.org to get the foster home contact if you do not see it in the bio. This is a courtesy postingMy name is Asiago, I am an estimated 10 months old husky and Im your typical happy excited husky puppy. I love to play; tug and fetch are my favorites and I will even bring it right to your hands. I love chasing my foster parents around the yard and playing recall games. I have really hit the books since I have been with my foster family in hopes to impress you. I am currently enrolled in an obedience class and my foster family has taught me to sit, paw (shake), down, stay, wait, place, and leave it. I am very treat motivated and learning how to spin and bow. I just love my training time. I will do anything for Stella & Chewys or cheese! I have also made amazing progress with crate training. I am potty trained, muzzle trained, do great with nail trims, brushing, and really good during baths!I have pretty good leash manners and my foster parents are teaching me to walk past other dogs politely. I do not bark but I will sometimes pull or stare. I do very well with my foster siblings (two huskies; 1 male and 1 female) although I do get pushy during play and will do best as a single dog or with A dog that I connect with.  I enjoy pack walks/hikes and 1 on 1 play. Very little is known about my life before living with my foster parents but it is likely I was fending for myself for some time. I will need some continuing training which my foster parents would help with. I really love the ladies! Men are okay too, just takes a little longer. I am a little shy when meeting new people but once I warm up I am a total love bug. When my foster parents friends comes for a visit, I am a social butterfly. Now that I know them, I love being the center of attention and showing off my cute tricks.  I love to nuzzle in your arms, give kisses, and get pets behind the ears. I can also give hugs on command! I currently do not do well with kids as they scare me, so a home without young children would be best for me.    https://youtu.be/B_woTZY7KG8Go to BAYAREASIBERIAN.org for contact information on the foster dog.

Story
All of our foster dogs are kept in individual homes.  Go to our website Bayareasiberian.org to get the foster home contact if you do not see it in the bio.Hello! My name is Blitzen! I walk on a leash and love to play with toys and run around. I would do best with a family that has experience with northern breed dogs. I was just pulled from the shelter and am learning new things with my foster mom. Things that I know right now for sure is sit and down from my foster mom. I am sort of okay with “leave it”, but I am just so interested in things- I just can’t help but sniff things to get familiar with them. I am also learning commands such as “go inside,” and “stay.” When I do those tricks, I am a good boy that gets a lot of treats. I am also loving my crate and I can withstand for long periods of time until I need to go to the bathroom (I will call for you when I need it or maybe your loving attentions). Oh! I almost forgot, did you know I walk on leash, but I do not pull as hard anymore? Thanks to my foster mom, I learned to be a bit more aware of how I much I pull. Her roommate even praised me for not pulling as much, and I will be at your side or a bit ahead. So, I hope to meet my future family that can love me and give me a bunch of adventures such as wild walks, hikes and more!!Go to BAYAREASIBERIAN.org for contact information on the foster dog.

Lonnie is a curious and independent Terrier/Min Pin Mix male. He was born September 2009. He weighs 15 lbs. He is sort of “high strung” and active which makes him best suited for an adult home. He’s a little “macho” around other boys but doing well with both canine and feline foster siblings. Crate trained. Training contract required.

Terrier (Unknown Type, Small)

Female, Adult

Size
(when grown) Small 25 lbs (11 kg) or less

Story
Tinker is a Rat Terrier or Toy Fox Terrier Mix, female. She was born approximately in January 2006. She weighs 8 lbs. She is crate trained. She’s very affectionate and outgoing, except when it comes to being picked up or walking on a leash. Currently any situation that calls for her to do either is extremely stressful for her, so training classes will be required for Tinker in her new home. Compatibility with other dogs depends mostly on their size. Cat compatibility is still being evaluated.
