Story

Diesel is a 6 y/o fun loving dog that we adopted three years ago from a shelter. He is great with other dogs and cats. Loves his walks! He is good with children to an extent, but we feel he would do better in a home with no kids, or older kids. He needs a stable environment and someone who can work well with and train him. A home that is quieter with less change would be good. He loves his belly rubs, bones and toys! We hope to find a better home more suitable for him.

First of all, Bruno is a Pitbull Lab mix, but there was no option to put that. Bruno is a loving, energetic 2.5 year old puppy. He loves to play. Unfortunately, my family and I are unable to provide for him anymore due to his anxiety/allergy medicine expense and his aggression issues. He has always been gentle towards us and the other dog he lives with. However, he has dog aggression and shows aggression towards some people. He needs someone to be patient with him, love him, train him, and give him the attention he deserves. Should not be in a home with kids or elderly.

Story

And…action! Just throw a toy and I am ready to go! I am also not picky about the toy, rope, plush, tennis ball as long as I get to run around and have fun. I also already know quite a few commands: sit, come, paw, lay down and of course I am willing to learn more. Life would be boring otherwise. I had a family but the neighborhood had too many dogs and while I love people, I just didn’t care for all the dogs. My family said I am a wonderful dog and all I wanted to do was be with them…even with my big size, I am the perfect lap dog. So if you only want one big hunk of a family dog, I think we should meet…except I don’t drive, so you will have to come here so we can meet.

Story

Mini lab mix…and I am unstoppable. I can run around and can entertain myself with toys forever. I am smart and fully trained and I do great with most dogs. My family said that I have a very sweet disposition with people that I consider mine. I don’t always do too well with strangers walking in the home, however with a treat and a proper introduction, I am usually happy to make a new friend. I love playing ball, crunching on ice cubes and snuggling on the couch. I am very affectionate, giving kisses and asking belly rubs from my family members. After a fun day filled with walks and some heavy fetching games, I am all ready to snuggle on the couch with you.

I’ve been told I am protective, but I think I am just misunderstood. I had a short adoption with a family that had a special needs adult child and came back because they said I didn’t like women with dark hair. I wish I could tell you more because here many of my regular dog walkers fit that description and I love them all, always leaning next to them or quickly rolling on my back in order to get a belly rub. I originally showed up as a neighborhood stray and a nice couple took me in. Unfortunately, their housing situation changed and they could no longer keep me. My original family said that I loved my morning treats and ice cubes. I would be ever so grateful to become part of your family. Licks and kisses, Ceelo. UPDATE: I did lose my eyes to a fungal infection and I am doing quite well adjusting to my condition. I still get along with other dogs, just need to be a little bit more careful when introducing me. I am still a loverboy with my special dog walkers. I lean against them and still flop over for belly rubs. I may be a bit protective if new people come close since I can hear and smell them so my new family will need to be my protector. A quiet lifestyle with someone special would be just perfect.

Story

In my first home, I lived with a small dog and was fine. I wag my tail like crazy when it is my turn to go out and then I’m ready to go. I’m an active fellow and I love running around, checking all the play yards and letting some of the bigger dogs know that I’m out too. I know quite a few commands and one of my friends here said that I’m perfect for pictures, not only that I look quite cute but I will also sit nicely with a pair of sunglasses on. How about that? I’d love a home with maybe an active retiree, who may also enjoy snapping pictures, so we can do things together.
