Story
Lucas is an adorable, sweet, and playful dog with a big heart. He's about five years old. He loves to go on walks and needs a lot of exercise. We are looking to rehome him for some older family members who can't keep up with him anymore. We wish we could keep him ourselves but our two older dogs aren't too fond of that idea. You will never be lonely with him around and he's a great buddy.

Story
This is the Queen of Sheba!!!! Sheba is an adorable little Shiba Inu / cattle dog mix who wants to rule the roost. The most important characteristic about Sheba is that she is a true alpha. If you don't know what that means, then Sheba is not the dog for you. She will not be adopted to anyone who is not knowledgeable about the behavior characteristics of a true alpha or is a first-time or inexperienced dog owner. Sheba is very smart and needs someone who will take a firm stance with her from the beginning and not relinquish that control as time goes on. My ideal home for her would be with someone that would do agility with her. She has a lot of energy that needs to be put to positive use. She is about 35 lbs and is approximately 10 years old. Sheba is a great dog and loves to play but will sometimes challenge other dogs for dominance, primarily females similar in size or larger. Sheba is best with smaller dogs and dogs that are submissive or have a very even, non-dominant energy. Since Sheba loves to play and has tons of energy, I would like her to go to a home with other dogs, but her new people will have to know how to manage the dynamic between Sheba and the other dogs from the point of introduction. She is great with kids and loves my niece, who she has been around since Tristan was three. Tristan calls Sheba her best friend and even takes her to the bathroom with her! While Sheba will let Tristan maul her and love on her, she isn't a real affectionate dog. She will come to you when she wants affection (on her terms of course!) and will take off when she's over it! She also likes to talk but is not an incessant barker. She is house-trained, leash-trained, and crate-trained. She loves to be both outside and inside. Sheba is a wonderful dog who is a lot of fun and can be quite entertaining! She needs that special person or family that can give her a healthy, well-balanced environment for her to thrive in. She has been spayed, is heartworm negative, is up-to-date on rabies and booster vaccinations, and has been kept on preventative for worms and other parasites. Her adoption fee is $150. If you feel you are the right person to give Sheba the loving forever home she needs and deserves, please contact us today to schedule a meet and greet with this adorable little girl!

Story
Say hi to Luna! Luna is an adorable smooth fox terrier mix who is approximately two years old & has sadly been bounced around a fair amount at her young age. She currently weighs about 35 lbs, is tall & wiry, & boy can she jump! This little gal can jump five to six feet in the air from a stand still, & she’s also extremely fast! We think Miss Luna would make a great agility dog if someone was willing to put in the time to work with her. Still a youngster, she is very playful, full of energy & smart as a whip! Luna loves spending time in the yard, running & playing both with the other dogs & by herself. She has a great time playing ball all by herself at times! Luna is a very sweet girl who loves everybody, especially kids! She also gets along well with other dogs. She is not a dominant personality, but is also not super submissive; she falls pretty solidly in between & easily submitted to our pack elders, but she isn’t afraid to correct a dog she thinks isn’t acting right! Luna is food motivated & LOVES treats! She is housebroken, crate-trained, & good on leash. She is also fully vetted (spayed, de-wormed, heartworm negative, up-to-date on all vaccinations) including microchip with lifetime registration. This silly, affectionate little girl is ready for her forever home where she doesn’t have to worry about what’s next. A securely fenced yard & a young playful sibling are required for Luna’s adoption. Adoption fee is $150. Adoption application, home check, vet reference & adoption contract required. Filling out an application is the first step in our process. Applications are given preference and attention before emails.
