Story
This amazing and handsome boy is Archie. He is a 2 year old very tall but slim 70 lb Shepherd/lab mix. Archie came to us about a year ago after being adopted out as a puppy. He was not socialized and was scared of everyone and everything. After a year of training and working with him, he has become one happy amazing dog. He lives with another dog and does well meeting new people now. Archie loves to play fetch and loves to play with his dog friends. He really loves going on walks and loves attention from people. He is such a sweet boy and has really enjoyed working with the trainer. He can touch, sit, stay, lay, spin, and almost has bow down. Hes really smart and he is very food motivated. Archie would like a home where he has a dog friend to play with, gets to go on walks, and gets to play fetch in the yard. He was let down before but he is an incredibly sweet boy who deserves his forever home. He will need a stockade fence as he's very tall and could easily jump a short fence. Archie is good with other dogs and would love one in his forever home! He would do best without young children but would be fine with teenage children. We just haven't had him around young children so wouldn't be comfortable putting him in a home with them. Archie is leash trained and walks really well with a gentle leader. Archie is also crate and house trained. Archie is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $175. If you would like to adopt Archie and make him a part of your family, please contact ForeverYoursOKC@gmail.com.

Story
Brinkley is an 8 year old male Dachshund / Rat Terrier mix that weighs 19 lbs. He is spunky, sweet and loveable. He will give doggy kisses to his friends. He is very mellow and laid back. He loves sitting on the couch with you watching TV. He’s not overly playful but when he gets in a playful mood he likes anything that squeaks. He really likes being scratched behind the ears as well as back scratches & belly rubs. He’s a big fan of treats after all he didn’t get his glamourous figure from passing on the snacks. He gets along with other dogs. He is always up for going on walks. He is good with older kids unsure about little ones. He can sometimes get in a chatty mood but he takes correction very well. He would make a great addition to any home with or without another dog. He is such a sweet little boy that will bring lots of love to your life. Brinkley is crate, leash & potty trained. If you let him sleep in your bed at night he’ll snuggle up next to you & sleeps all night. If you’re not a bed sharer kind of person he also likes sleeping on the couch. Brinkley is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, HW negative, current on HW preventative and micro chipped. His adoption fee is $175. If you would like to adopt Brinkley and make him a part of your family, please contact ForeverYoursOKC@gmail.com.

Story
Mr Handsome here is Finley. His good looks and charm will surely when over your heart quickly. Finley is a playful and affectionate boy who would love a nice active person or family to take him on walks/runs, play with him in the yard, and cuddle with him on the couch Finley was rescued from a local shelter when he was brought in with an avulsion fracture. We repaired his leg with a tibial crest avulsion surgery and after 8 weeks of crate rest, he is healed and ready to go! Finley lives with other dogs and does great with all of them. His favorite game is chase around the yard and he is great at wrestling. He is a toy lover and also finds chewing on bones an excellent way to spend his day. He haven't had him around young children although he is very friendly so he'd do just fine with kids 8 and up. Finley would like a home where he has another dog friend who is playful like him. He would also do well in a home with someone active who kept him busy and exercised him. He will require a yard with a 6ft fence. He's pretty athletic so would be able to jump a 4ft fence. Finley is crate, leash, and house trained. Finley is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $175. If you would like to adopt Finley and make him a part of your family, please contact ForeverYoursOKC@gmail.com.

Labrador Retriever Shepherd (Unknown Type)

Male, 8 yrs 9 mos

Size
(when grown) Med. 26-60 lbs (12-27 kg)
Details
Good with kids, Good with dogs, Not good with cats, House-trained, Spayed or Neutered, Shots are up-to-date,
Story
This handsome boy is Eddie and he is looking for his forever home with lots of toys and snuggle time. He is an approximately 2.5 year old male Border Collie/Labrador mix who weighs about 60 lbs. Eddie has the softest fur and once you meet him you'll never want to stop petting him. Eddie loves to play with his dog friends in his foster home and loves to snuggle. He is a really sweet dog who thrives around other dogs and does great at doggy daycare. Eddie is good with kids. He has lived with a 9-month old baby and did very well with her when she crawled/walked around. However, he can be shy so older kids might be a better fit for him. No cats! Eddie's forever home wish list consists of a home with a doggy friend to play with and a family that will spend a lot of time cuddling and giving him attention. He's a little shy at first so he needs a family who will be patient with him while he gets to know them! Eddie definitely needs another dog in the home as he gets his confidence from another dog friend. He would not adjust well without another dog. Eddie is house, leash, and crate trained. HOME VISIT REQUIRED! SECURE STOCKADE FENCE REQUIRED! Eddie is neutered, microchipped, and current on his vaccines. His adoption fee is $175. If you would like to adopt Eddy and make him a part of your family, please contact ForeverYoursOKC@gmail.com. (update 12/10/2019)

Story
This sweet boy is Oscar. He is a 2-3 year old pit bull mix who weighs 55 lbs. Oscar was found abandoned in the country during the winter. He was found out in the cold, emaciated. He is now healthy and ready for his forever home. Oscar loves to play with toys and he loves people! He loves going on walks and getting to say hi to everyone he passes. He'd probably do well with older kids but not as well with small children since he's large and we wouldn't want him to knock them down accidentally. He has been around small children and is nice and kind. Oscar would like a home where he has an active family to occupy him and a backyard with a stockade fence. He is such a sweet boy who just needs someone to give him a chance at a life with love and a family. Oscar is leash and crate trained. He has probably never lived in a home before so most likely he will need assistance with house training although he does keep his kennel clean. Oscar is neutered, microchipped, and up-to-date on his shots. His adoption fee is $175. If you would like to adopt Oscar and make him a part of your family, please contact ForeverYoursOKC@gmail.com.
